We had a spectacular stay at Lori’s wonderful home. It’s a short 12-15 minute drive from downtown/airport. Check in was super easy, she was available to communicate and very helpful. I’ve stayed at many rentals, this one had every amenity you could imagine. The beds were comfy and the backyard made you feel right at home. It’s funny, there are railroad tracks off the backyard, and didn’t hear a single train in our 4 day stay. I would come back and stay with Lori if and when we return to Reno. Absolutely loved it!!
Lori is a fantastic host! Love the cozy atmosphere and already miss the old style fireplace. Whenever we stay in Reno, it will be at this wonderful, peaceful place. The home was very clean and offered amenities beyond the basic necessities. We cooked our own meals each night. We enjoyed every morning watching sparrows, chipmunks, rabbits, blue jays, quail, squirrels & mourning doves all together feasting on seeds in the backyard. It was a 15 minute drive to downtown Reno which was a perfect distance for us (attending Reno Event Center tournament). We highly recommend!
Loved it and it was peaceful. Everything you wanted in this lovely home. We had a "white Christmas". The host had a bird sanctuary in the backyard that had wrens, quail, hummingbirds, even a rabbit when it wasn't snowing. I would definitely use this home again and recommend it you are ever in Reno.
The house was charming and comfortable, and what made the absolute gold star was the backyard with a beautiful view and the charming birds and wildlife. Lori was a truly amazing and accommodating host. We look forward to staying at the property again in the future. Thank you for providing such a lovely location for my family to gather and enjoy. It was a well-deserved, relaxing mini vacation!
Very nice place. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very nice view of the mountains from the backyard. When we go back to visit this is the place we want to stay again.
My two 20+ yo sons and I rented this home during Reno Air Race weekend. Great location, 10 mins from Reno Stead
Very clean, meticulously painted, with backyard oasis, deck, gas firepit, and mountain views to enjoy.
We greatly enjoyed accommodations, and location Thx
The place was perfect for our group. The home was beautiful, we had plenty of space for our group of 6 and we especially loved the deck and back yard. Lori was amazing. Thank you!
Lori was accomodating and very communicative, making herself available to answer questions, not only about the property, but also about local establishments, before and throughout the stay (we were there for 10 days). The property is beautiful, the home was well-stocked, clean, and everything my family needed for this visit!
Great rooms with comfortable beds ! Great accommodations for 3 bedrooms and a living room fold out! All aspects are modem and functional . The back deck and back yard is an oasis for enjoying birds and nature while staring at a fire feature . The owner is very accommodating and goes the extra 2 miles to make people enjoy their stay!
Beautiful place, serene back deck, all the amenities you need to.relax, unwind, kickback enjoy a nice glass if wine on the deck.
Kitchen is stocked for cooking, backdeck has a grill, smoker, table, chairs and gas firepit.
Close to stores and a beautiful regional park (Rancho San Rafael) for hiking/walking.
Lori is a great host, house is very clean and inviting, plenty of space for guests. Perfect for a group of friends or family.
Very nice family orientated neighborhood. The home is quite lovely with a sense of warmth. Back yard is quaint and cozy for gathering around the fire with plenty of seating and a nice view of nature. Above all, the hostess, Lori, was great to work with and made certain we had any personal requests handled. I think we found our go-to location for Reno trips! Thanks again, Lori!

Thank you Dawn for such a nice review. It was my pleasure to host you and your family. I was more than happy to accommodate your needs and am glad you all had a great visit. And THANK YOU for leaving my home in such clean condition. I look forward to your next visit!
Wife and I spent a week here with me working near Reno and she working at this VRBO. The property is Lori's actual home and you're invited to settle in. Many properties, you have to do a bunch of shopping when you arrive because there are no paper towels, salt, or olive oil. Everything is here and available to you. The backyard was a special treat with tons of birds, squirrels and rabbits. There's a BBQ and a smoker available. The neighborhood is not really walkable to anything, so you'll need a car. That said, whatever you need is within 20 minutes. Would stay here again.
It was spacious for our stay, which was 5 adults, very clean, woke up early to watch the different birds on the yard, loved how the back yard had a view, stayed up late visiting with my son in the room with no TV! Yes there were TVs in many rooms but the one with the fireplace had no TV & was absolutely the room used most (didn't expect this) brought us together, we did catch a movie in the living room, the grill was right on for steak night, kitchen had everything we needed, the host went above & beyond, being our flight arrived early, to accommodate us, it was nice to meet her face to face, the artwork in the home was beautifully done, we tried our best to show our appreciation by cleaning the way we found it (which was clean) I'd highly recommend, it's close by many attractions, even meet the neighbor, for the price, location, host... can't beat lori, loved our stay, will be our first choice when we return to Reno!
