My husband and I spent the last 5 years remodeling our dream home in Estes Park. We are sad to leave but happy to share our brand new home with you! We also didn`t move too far away. We are in the log cabin style home just down past the chicken coop. You might see us tending to the chicken or cutting through the yard to walk the dogs. We are near by if you need anything. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we did and our past guests, who have raved...

`This stay was an unexpected slice of heaven! We went for a hiking experience but were pleasantly greeted by deer in the evening and all of the comforts` - Tyler

`We used the hot tub every night and watched deer and turkeys walking by! Bed was super comfy (which is important) and location convenient to downtown Estes and the Park.` - Amanda

`Amazing!! Wonderful and comfortable bed. Pillows are amazing!! Great, cute space.` - Ryan

*** HOUSE RULES ***

- No smoking inside or outside; no fire pits; no parties.

*** THANKS ***

Our unit is a completely remodeled 1 bed/1 bath apartment in the home`s walkout basement, set up with an efficient and useful kitchenette, comfy sofa and living area, luxury king bed, and a bathroom with shower.

Our favorite part of the unit is the private hot tub for guest use only. It`s separated off by wooden lattice with bistro lights so you can enjoy a soak after a long day hiking in the mountains.

While we live upstairs, understand you`ll have your own private studio, kitchenette, bathroom, patio and entrance as shown in the photos. You probably won`t see us unless you need us, and we give guests privacy. We figure that`s why you`re here in the mountains in the first place!

Our bed has a brand new Leesa king-size memory foam mattress. It`s actually more comfy than our own bed :)

We`ve also got a pullout queen size sofa bed for extra guests, so the unit can accommodate 3 or 4 people. Note there`s an extra per person fee for more than 2 people.

Our home is located in a fantastic rural neighborhood on the slopes of Prospect Mountain, so you`ll likely spy lots of wildlife grazing in our backyard.

The kitchenette features a fridge and freezer, a two burner induction cooktop, toaster, new pots/pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker and more. Note that there`s no oven.

We are so excited to host you!

You`ll have access to:

+ 1 private off street parking spot
+ Your own private entry
+ Private patio
+ Private 3/4 bathroom w/ shower
+ Private kitchenette
+ Private living space

We put our hot tub in a cute patio that we walled off with wood latices. It`s for guest use only. Enjoy it! It`s all yours!

I give my guests space, but I am available when needed.
My co-hosts and property managers are very responsive through in-app messaging, and will be helping out during your stay!

Our neighborhood is a residential area in walking distance to the 18 hole golf course and some of the town`s best breweries. You`ll find food trucks galore at Lumpy Ridge & Avant Garde Brewing Company, a quick 10-15 minute walk. Or you can stroll over to the golf course, about 10 minutes by foot, and hit the driving range. Within a few minutes by car you`ll find a mini market, Dollar General, breweries, and multiple restaurants. Please respect the neighborhood quiet hours between 9pm and 8am.

Our home is centrally located, close to the downtown area as well as the National Park. The Beaver Meadows entry gate is 12 minutes by car, and the heart of downtown is a quick 5 minute drive. If you`d like to avoid driving, you can walk 15 minutes to the town`s shuttle bus stop at Ziggi`s Coffee and take the free shuttle bus system throughout town and into the National Park (only during the summer months).

Note that we live upstairs and quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, but our rental is a completely private guest suite with its own bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette, living room, and patio. Even the hot tub is only for guest use.

* After booking, guests may be asked to review and accept a standard rental agreement covering house rules, safety disclosures, liability, and damage responsibility. A perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of real life. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. The only sounds were the wildlife surrounding the house: turkeys calling gobbling and elk bugling. Serene! The accommodations were as described, especially the comfy king size bed!
