Welcome to luxury! Come enjoy this Relaxing 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath Condo in one of the most beautiful cities in Florida! The amenities at Grand Venezia are amazing, Heated Salt Water pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Fire Pits, fully equipped Bar-B-Q. Just 5 Miles to Clearwater Beach. The Condo is Fully Furnished with with each bedroom having King sized beds with Luxury Italian Cotton Bedding. A fully equipped work space for 2, perfect for working from home. Pets up to 60lbs. Some breed exceptions.
This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is full of great details for you to enjoy! Both of the bedrooms have King sized beds with Luxury Italian Bedding and 55 inch TV's. The living room has an 80in Tv, and a heated Massage chair to relax and unwind in, and a sleeper sofa. The mini office space is set up with two work stations, 1 Computer and 4 monitors, Great for working at home. The kitchen has all you need.

Beautiful grounds and heated pool

Comfortable stay at Grand Venezia. Lovely grounds located with views of the bay. Enjoyed the amenities including heated pool, gym, and pickle ball court. Spacious two bedroom two bath condo was well stocked including plush bath towels and pool towels. Kitchen had all we needed and computer work station was a nice feature.

Home away from home

Beautiful and spacious condo on Tampa Bay. Walking paths all around the grounds with beautiful views of Tampa Bay. Grounds are impeccable. Peaceful and lovely pool as well as hot ton, sauna and workout room. Hosts are amazing and approachable.

Clearwater Condo

My wife and daughter stayed at this condo for a business trip for a month. It was a safe, gated community with outstanding facilities and views. The owner, Tetyana was an exceptional host. Very responsive to all calls and questions. Would stay again in a heart beat. 5+ stars

Beautiful Property

My husband and I spent a month at GV during March, 2023. A walk around the meticulously maintained property to watch dolphins and sunrises over Old Tampa Bay was amazing. We loved, loved the large heated pool, lending library and although we didn’t use it the hot tub and well-equipped fitness center. Our landlord was super responsive to our requests beforehand and during our check in and check out. The white fluffy bath sheets were fine hotel quality. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for eating in when we were not enjoying dining at one of the many local restaurants. Unfortunately you need a car to get to most of the restaurants. We would definitely stay again if it was available. Places as nice as GV go fast! Thank you Tetyana for allowing us to rent your condo last month.
