Great location and property. Close to all of the good locations to visit in Austin. Parking was not ideal, needed to valet or find street parking. Only given two K cups for 3 nights, would’ve appreciated a coffee maker.

Just a few blocks from Raney street. Great neighborhood. Beautiful walking path around the corner to congress bridge. Great coffee shop in the lobby of the condo. Spectacular view of congress bridge and river from the balcony. Only downsides of the condo is could use better lighting in bathroom for makeup and there was only a bedside tiny light for bedroom.

Good location but…

The location is great. But the unit was very dusty and not clean. It’s hard to check in with kids. You have to pay to valet the car every day. And communication is not great.

I am very sorry that you did not have a great experience at Natiivo. We do make guests aware ahead of time the valet charges, and check out at 10:00 is standard for all the condos. The cleaning team is aware to pay closer attention when dusting the condo. We have 24/7 communication available with a phone number and someone monitoring platform messages, but we can always improve.
