Enjoy the endless water views from the top balcony as you watch the boats go by. The long pier to the left of the property belongs to the neighbor. Please use the dock with the stairs across from the cottage for water access.
Noise ordinance, 11pm Children should be supervised at all times near the water. Security cameras for the safety of all have been installed.
Please remember to turn off the gas when you finish enjoying the firepit. No parking in areas other than the driveway and underneath the cottage.
