Doubleview Delight- Ocean and lake views in the heart of Carolina Beach

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Located right in the heart of Carolina Beach, this newly refreshed property with all new furniture, paint and decor is walking distance to everything Carolina Beach has to offer! Park your car and never move it again during your stay, which means NO parking fees! Just 100’ to the nearest beach access and less than a 10 minute walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all local restaurants.

** **If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach, this is the place for you! If you are coming to party until 2am, while getting drunk and bringing over unauthorized guests, find another place! I live close by and you will be told to leave without refund**

With ocean views off the huge front covered balcony and lake views off the rear bedroom balcony, you will never be anywhere in this home without a great view.

This unit has one bedroom with a new king bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker (and coffee), toaster and all utensils, dishes and glassware. Super fast high speed Wifi with streaming cable TV, over the air antenna for networks and Netflix. TVs in living room and bedroom. Full size washer and dryer. We are fully stocked like a hotel with all sheets and towels cleaned for you and ready before you arrive. We are also fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hand soap.

This unit is located within a short walk to all that Carolina Beach has to offer. You have one dedicated covered parking space underneath the building. The nearest beach access is “Driftwood Ln” and it is less than 100’ away from your door. Take a stroll across the street and walk around Carolina Beach Lake Park. Several restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and main part of town are less than 10 minutes!

** Maximum of TWO (2) adults. We do NOT host two couples or parties with 3 or 4 adults**

**We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for stays during the months of June through October, however the most active months for hurricanes are September and October. Refunds will not be offered for poor unless the property is uninhabitable**

** Please bring your own beach gear as we do not provide that for our guests due to it continuing to disappear**

**We have a security camera in the stairwell at the front entrance door**

**Absolutely NO pets allowed**

**In order of our cancellation policy, we will no longer accept alteration requests within 30 days of your reservation.**

Doubleview is a delight

This property has amazing views of both the ocean and the CB Lake Park via balcony and large covered porch. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could want, as well as covered parking. Highly recommend!

Great long weekend close to beach

We love this condo! It’s steps from beach access, is always tidy and clean and offers a great view of ocean from the wonderful lanai. It’s a great small getaway spot for a reasonable price. I wish James had a two bedroom/bath, but we keep making this one work (with pullout couch) bc we love this condo so much and James is such an awesome host.

Couldn't ask for a better location, short walk to the Boardwalk and restaurants and right at beach access. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our host was great, James was very responsive to any issue we had. Looking forward to returning on our next vacation to Carolina Beach.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It is as advertised- clean, up to date, and perfect location. We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The host James was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon for another beach get away!

Absolutely amazing experience and place to stay. Location is unbeatable. Views are incredible with two different balconies. Condo is super well equipped with first class products. Cleanest condo we’ve stayed in at Carolina Beach and we have been many times. Never got in our car until time to leave. Walked for coffee and breakfast every morning (3 mins) and walked to dinner every night at 3 different great restaurants. Beach access directly across street. Will definitely be back. Thanks to James for a super place to stay.

Amazing Time!

Great Location, Wonderful Place

Loved this condo! It was nice, updated, and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor covered patio area was awesome to have. The best part of this was location right across a small street to the beach, near the lake park and a short walk to just about any restaurant as well as the boardwalk. Wife and I would definitely come back and stay in the same place with our son again.

Great location, great condo

The condo was perfectly clean and had great views of the ocean and lake. Also, the A/C was fantastic in hot July. Location couldn't have been better, walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, and every desirable attraction. The property owner was wonderful and allowed us to check-in early, as well as was great with us when we ended up leaving checkout later than supposed. Highly recommend booking to anyone!

A Walk-to-the-beach Cozy Condo

I brought my teen daughter and two friends for a summer getaway. We have crazy schedule so it was nice we could get mid-week check in and stay less than a week. Access to the beach was a one-minute walk to cross the street, girls loved being able to walk to Boardwalk, and I loved the covered porch with view of the ocean. Everything we needed (linens, towels, extra towels, coffee, washer soap) was provided and the condo was very clean and beautifully appointed. Highly recommend; we will be back.

Carolina Beach Vacation

Property was as advertised, clean, and property manager's communication was excellent. The washer/dryer worked great and everything was furnished. This was the perfect location and size for our family with 2 young children. Only a minute or two walk to the beach. Great views of the sunrise from the balcony. The lake area directly behind the property was busy with runners and bike riders if you need a morning work out. Plenty of spots to find food within walking distance and only a few minutes walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk with shops, a "carnival", arcade, ice cream, etc. Only a few miles drive to the Ft. Fisher Aquarium.

Lovely, Confortable, Clean Condo!

My daughter and I came to Carolina Beach for a weekend getaway. I was so impressed with the reviews of this unit that it was an easy decision to book it. And the reviews are true! It is so comfortable, so clean, and SO close to the beach! I’ve stayed in ‘beach front’ properties that were further away from the water than this condo. And the walkability is amazing. We parked the car and never moved it during our stay. Many restaurants, bars, and ice cream places are within an easy walking distance. Being beside Carolina Lake Park is an added bonus. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this property.

I rented out my second home at Kure Beach for many years and just loved providing vacation rentals for my wonderful guests. I have since expanded my business and own three condos in Kure Beach, one condo in Carolina Beach a home in the mountains in West Jefferson and a small cottage at Badin Lake. I strive to provide rentals that are above and beyond what people expect to have in a rental and wouldn't rent anything to our guests that I wouldn't enjoy staying in myself.

Why they chose this property

Despite having properties that are strictly rentals, this property is my home. I rent it out during some of the Summer and while I am away traveling in my RV. The location is great being able to walk to everywhere in town. The views from the bedroom and front covered balcony are just so awesome.
