• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (this is a studio, open area)

• Bed linens and bath towels provided!
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Three-minute walk to the public beach access and the Kure Beach boardwalk with great restaurants, coffee, ice-cream, an arcade, fishing pier, and more!

🔏 Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

📜 Guests must sign rental agreement and submit ID verification

We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval!

• A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies per stay

Very nice pet friendly cottage. Host was prompt and made check-in easy. Comfortable bed for two. We were surprised at how short and level the walk to the beach was. Would stay here again. Stayed Jun 2026

Way overpriced for what is actually there. It is slightly larger than a dorm room, an older structure with a warped floor and broken planks. A tiny bathroom with no vent and no sink. The sink is in “the living room” in a vanity. There no sofa and no chairs to sit on. My friend and I brought our beach chairs inside so we could sit and watch the small TV. There was spackling on the walls where it was patched but not painted over. Broken or chewed blind on the floor door. Porch furniture was dirty with cigarette burns. No place to cook, dorm sized refrigerator. Perfect for a college aged surfer. I, however, expected more for 400/ night. Very disappointing.
