Idyllic North Fork hideaway! Quiet 3 Bedroom cape in East Marion

Relax, rejuvenate and recharge in this updated North Fork gem with new kitchen, outdoor deck, screened in porch and large fenced in yard. Three bedrooms located privately on the 2nd floor. Located on a quiet road but still close to beaches, farm stands and local vineyards! Only a five minute drive to Greenport Village and Orient and just a half mile from the popular Lavender By The Bay. We are an extremely kid friendly home with lots of indoor and outdoor games! Board games, puzzles, paddleboard, blow up pool, badminton, corn hole and bicycles. All of your bench needs are also available for your use…chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels & toys!

North Fork family get away

House was lovely inside and within walking distance to lovely water views. No tv made for wonderful family time. We had a wonderful, restful time. Highly recommend this home and host.

Awesome!!

Had a wonderful stay here for a father's day trip! We love taking the ferry over and exploring Greenport and the areas nearby so the house was in a perfect location. We were traveling with our 2.5month old and other family and this property had everything we needed! Close to beach, park and downtown. Nice and relaxing on a quiet street. Kate was very responsive with parking permit info and which beaches were good for what we were looking for. We loved the eclectic but modern vibe and a lot of the common household supplies were stocked up inside. We would recommend this place and definitely would love to stay again.
