Our direct ocean view, end unit condo at "The Club at Mexico Beach" is the perfect place to watch the sunset from the balcony & listen to the ocean with your family & friends!

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is an open & airy space with a direct unobstructed view to the pristine water of Mexico Beach. Since it's a 1st floor end unit, it is private & easily accessible.

Beach access is directly across the street with a wooden walk over, which makes it very easy for hauling all of that beach gear.
Because this is our home, we are always thinking about our guests. Our guests are our priority and you will feel that way when you walk in the front door.

Our pictures really give a good feel for our condo, but let's talk about what you really want to know...the sleeping spaces.

The Master suite with King bed is located on the backside of the condo and has it's own bathroom with separate shower, tub, and large walk-in closet and also a Smart TV.

The second bedroom also has a King bed, which has a brand new mattress, and is located off of the living area. Smart TV in this room, as well.

The third bedroom is great for kiddos, but we have made it comfortable for adults, as well. There is a trundle bed with a double mattress and twin trundle, attached full bathroom and a Smart TV.

So, now that we have talked about the bedrooms, let's talk about the main living area that is honestly the most inviting and open area that allows full view of the Gulf. There is plenty of space for eating and relaxing. Our kitchen is fully stocked with tons of extras like grilling utensils, a lobster pot, blender, a coffee station, and the list goes on! Board games, laundry supplies with top brand detergent, beach towels and beach equipment including chairs, a beach wagon and tent are already there waiting for you. We have our own family and know what a pain it can be to bring so much STUFF for a vacation, which is why we try to provide it all.

The community pool is 46 steps (yes, I have counted) from the front door. This is a family friendly area that is always pristinely maintained.
I will always be available through my personal cell number which will be given to guests at the time of booking.
You will have access to the entire condo, use of the community pool and beachfront access by the community boardwalk which is directly across the street.
"Home Beach Home" is just that! We have thought of just about anything that you will need besides your clothes, to make your stay relaxing. Our recently updated & professionally decorated condo is just steps from the beach with stunning views of the gulf and those famous "Forgotten Coast" sunsets. The "Mexico Beach Club" is a popular spot due to the amenities and location. Five minutes to Saint Joe Beach, 15 minutes to downtown Port Saint Joe, and 30 minutes to Panama City. The parking area is covered and it is free. The community pool is well kept and includes a hot tub.

If you like to cook, you'll appreciate the openness of the kitchen and all of the kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. Walk into a beautiful kitchen with new granite countertops & top notch stainless steel appliances. The main suite features a King size bed with a walk-in closet and large private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed & shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is perfectly set up for kids with a double on bottom and single on top, bunk bed, as well as a single rollaway bed for extra sleeping room.

All towels and linens come with your stay. And top brand laundry detergent and fabric softener is ON US!!

EXTRA AMENTITIES FOR THE BEACH: rolling beach cart, beach chairs, large cooler, beach umbrella, sand toys & beach towels

EXTRA KITCHEN AMENTITIES: Large boiling pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker that uses pods, as well as regular filtered coffee, air fryer, extra large serving platters, electric wine opener

OTHER EXTRA AMENTITIES: Family board games, extra linens, provided grilling utensils, NEST controlled heating & air, Smart TVs in all bedrooms
