The home was just the right size for 10. Everything was provided other than food.

The host responded to questions promptly. I felt the check in and out times were not fare related to the price of the place. If you can’t check in until 4:00 pm, it’s not fair to make the check out time on the day of departure 10:00 am. A more reasonable time would be noon. I didn’t see the check out time that was sent the day before our departure. We got home late after a day of water rafting and we’re exhausted. I didn’t see the email until the next morning at 9:30 and everyone was still asleep. I was told we could check out at noon for an extra $25 which I had to Venmo to the owner. With the price of the place, not only is your time that you already pay an exorbitant fee for cut short due to check in and out times, but your charged even more to leave at a time that is more reasonable and that you already paid for.

Great location and size, but needs some TLC

If you're looking for a property that will handle a large group, this is it. There are multiple rooms and many beds. The check in was handled well. This property does not have central air. The owners have attempted to address this with several window units in the main living area and have provided fans for the bedrooms. The bathrooms were very clean and all the visible areas were clean as well. But the kitchen cabinet interiors were cluttered and needed cleaning and the rooms needed a deep cleaning (move the furniture and get those dust rabbits - they're too big to be bunnies). This property worked for the large group we had, but we will look at other residences in the future for our stay in the Springs area.
