Immaculate home w/ 25' inground pool, hot tub, golf course, stadium, and hiking

Relax in the back yard which features a 25 foot in-ground pool, plenty of floats, (not gated). Heating the pool is available for a fee during the winter months. A hot tub/spa, and a covered patio with comfortable seating is available. The patio includes a gas grill, fire pit and plenty of seating. Ample landscaping includes several flowers/bushes native to the Arizona area. An orange and lemon tree offers fresh picking when in season.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. The refrigerator has a working ice maker. The combination living and dining room area is bright and spacious with comfortable reclining leather seating. A gas fireplace will warm you if the evening is cool, while you are entertained by a SMART TV, a DVD player, or Dish Cable TV. There is NO land-line phone available. Internet and wi-fi is included.

The split floor plan features three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a separate shower, outside entrance, and walk- in closet. The other two bedrooms (queen and twin beds) share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The main and queen bedrooms include a TV/DVD combo with Dish network.

The back yard overlooks the second hole of the Desert Mirage Golf Course. Some golfers are not the greatest, resulting in errant golf balls landing in our back yard and/or pool. We have installed a 25 foot safety netting and posted warning signs. That said, accidents happen. Renters/guests are there at their own risk of any golf ball injuries.

There are approximately 16 baseball teams that start Spring Training in mid-February through March. Both Glendale and Peoria have a baseball complex, located a few miles from the house. The Glendale facility is home to the Chicago White Sox and LA Dodgers. Spring baseball in the Phoenix area is great fun for the family! Maryville is also home of the Brewers.

Downtown Glendale, AZ, is very active in promoting special events. There is also much to see and do in the Phoenix metro area.
