Studio-apartment is situated in a perfect location,quiet and popular Dubrovnik city area Gorica and near by sea side,beautiful view,same as near by hotel "Rixos Libertas",it makes ideal place for any tourist.
New arranged studio-apartment (20 m2) is on the first floor,in the south side and it is equipped with all necessary household devices including LCD TV,mini CD music stereo,oven,fridge,microvawe,cooker and air conditioning.In the apartment there is a living room (two beds 1+1),small kitchen,bathroom and balcony.
If you like to have your morning coffee in the open air,there is a small balcony with a table and chairs.There is also an available parking on the street in front of the apartment and it is free of charge.Dubrovnik downtown area is 15 minutes walking distance and city bus stop is also near by the apartment.
