Overall, a great place for the price! The house is on the smaller side, but exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for what we needed. There are two beach accesses, one in either direction, both about a 5-7 minute walk with parking available to drop off heavier beach gear. We brought our dog and really appreciated the fenced backyard and grassy side yard. We spent a lot of our downtime relaxing on the porch and people watching. Communication with the owner and check-in were both super easy, and we were even able to check in several hours early. The only minor issue was that we never found the grill mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Staying at Hadda Havit was one of the best stays I’ve had in the outer banks. The property managers were incredibly nice, and very accommodating, the house was clean, well appointed with plenty of room for everyone. The location was fantastic, close to all the things we wanted to do and only minutes from some of the best dining in the outer banks. Just a short walk to the beach with pretty much everything you could need already there for a great day at the ocean. Check in and check out was seamless and trouble free with absolutely no surprises. Kudos to the realtors and thanks so much to our host five stars across the board!
