The Vrbo was easy to book, great communication, and the place was super clean! They allowed our three dogs which is a huge plus. The bed was comfortable and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Thanks for your nice review, Anne! We appreciate you.
A nice, comfortable home which provided everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which is convenient to downtown Aiken which has some wonderful restaurants and shops. While there were only two of us, the home is large enough for a family with 3 bedrooms, a large living room and dining room and kitchen and even an office area. Due to the cold weather during our stay, we were unable to take advantage of the screened patio, but it would be a great place to hang out in warmer weather and even has a fire table. The host/property manager was helpful with any questions we had and made some local recommendations. Check in/out was easy and convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Aiken!

Thank you Timothy! Much appreciated. We'd love to have you come back and enjoy the porch when the weather is nicer.
This is by far the best home we have stayed in throughout our travels. Nice home; great neighborhood and location. Will definitely stay there again when in Aiken visiting my family.
This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it continues to be the perfect base for visiting my in-laws who live in a neighboring community. The single-story house is spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly welcoming, especially for families traveling with dogs. Our pups loved having a secure fenced backyard and were even treated to a bed of their own, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, making it easy to prepare all of our meals—including the sides for Christmas dinner—and the welcome snacks for both humans and dogs were a delightful surprise. Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out: doing laundry, getting some work done, and fully relaxing. We especially loved spending time on the screened porch, watching our dogs play, and enjoying the peaceful setting. This home truly feels comfortable, practical, and inviting in all the right ways. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, dog-friendly, and well-equipped place to stay.

Mary, always lovely to have you stay! Thank you for taking the time to write such a kind and thoughtful review!
We’ve rented multiple VRBOs in Aiken and hands down this was the best place we’ve stayed. Looking forward to renting again the next visit to my in-laws.

Thanks so much, Mary! We are delighted to hear that and so happy to earn a return visit.
We were very pleased with the home and property. We absolutely loved the lanai and spent much time out there. Loved the sound of crickets in the evening by firelight. The garden is beautiful. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Highly Recommend. Did not disappoint!

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We agree -- the screened porch is the best room in the house!
This house was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone. Bedrooms were great. Living space was awesome. Easy to get to what we needed to get to. This stay was beautiful.
Aiken in the summer was a lot hotter than I remembered as a child however this house was a solid choice to keep us all cool and content during a couple of weeks of horse shows. Good communication, very practical if travelling with dogs and fantastic air conditioning.
This has been the nicest house we have stayed in so far. Great setup, great backyard and just very comfortable for us and our pets. Next time we visit this area we would stay again.
The house was clean, comfortable, and in a nice location to access town. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the house was user-friendly for our needs. The host was also great with communication.
Only my wife and I, but liked the idea of two bathrooms. House itself is terrific, large and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, garage, huge backyard and screened in sunroom, although that one probably sees more use on non-humid days. But the AC kept us cool. Stayed only four days, didn't cook, but you can if you want. Host is super-responsive and answers all questions quickly. We have cousins in Aiken and came for a family event. Wherever we went, driving time was around 10 minutes. Our new go-to residence for future visits.

Thanks so much, Michael. You are welcome back any time!
We were in Aiken for DMA Nationals. I am so happy I found this house! It was so much better than staying in a hotel. The house was very clean and nice. I hope I can book this same property for next year!
The house is EXTREMELY clean and very comfortable. A great place to stay with a great yard for my dogs to play. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this house!
This is a great house in a cute neighborhood.. we loved the sleep number bed and the fenced in backyard! Our dogs had a great time running around! Absolutely no complaints at all!!! Thank you for letting us stay… we will return!
Three moms with three teenage girls competing at DMA Nationals (baton twirling. A short drive to USC Aiken, plenty of room for all the costumes and evening gowns, and all the comforts of home. So much better than cramming everything into a hotel room. If Nationals returns to Aiken next year, we will be looking to stay again!
Great place near town. Neighborhood a bit too quiet/controlled with hoa. While unloading rv a neighbot came to tell us we couldnt park the rv there. Also if you have dogs. The neighbors will call the rental and complain if they make any. House itself was perfect for our needs. sounds.
Nice and clean, super comfortable, stocked with the basics we needed to enjoy ourselves. Neighborhood (cookie cutter) was quiet and friendly. All one floor, and a garage included if you need it. Nice screened-in porch that overlooks a pretty backyard. We didn't bring our pups but dog friendly, and we didn't see or smell anything that hinted at previous dog stays at all. Smart TVs in every room, open floor plan, good water pressure, kitchen stocked pretty well. If I were to nitpick, there were no little travel shampoos or soaps for either bathrooms. We had to go buy that. But whatever. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
All that being said, we needed a comfortable and safe place to care for our son's recovery from ACL surgery (he plays soccer at USCA), which this place delivered as advertised, but then we were hit with tropical storm Helene that decimated Aiken and took things to another level. We lost power only for one day while the rest of the town went without for days and days, mostly because the yard and street did not have old huge trees at all and the power lines are buried, an underappreciated value when looking for a vrbo. Property manager Kendra repeatedly made sure we were okay until our kiddo was good to be on his own again and we flew back home to RI. I'll never forget our experience here, particularly how we literally weathered a storm here in this nice, clean, and SAFE home-away-from-home. We are forever grateful.
