Bright, clean, and comfortable modern home in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood that is 10 min or less from the Hitchcock Woods, Downtown Aiken/The Alley, Whiskey Road, Bruce’s Field, Highfields, Aiken Training Track and more. Master bedroom has a king sized sleep number bed and en suite bathroom. High speed wifi and 2 smart TV’s with access to all the common streaming services. Huge section couch and large desk workspace. Large screened in porch with fire table and a completely privacy fenced in huge dog-friendly yard.

The number of people & pets staying must match the number on your reservation. Sorry, HOA strictly prohibits TRAILER or RV parking.

Please note that the pet fee is per dog. If you are traveling with more than one pet, please send us a message to add to your reservation -- thank you. We expect guests to pick up after their animals in the yard, not leave animals unattended in the yard or home (unless crated), and obey local leash laws. Thank you for your cooperation!

For long term stays a cleaning service will come in every 2 weeks to maintain the house

If you’re traveling with a dog please do not permit them to bark excessively in the yard
