Work, play, cook, & relax ... you'll love the open ground floor w/ well-stocked modern kitchen flowing into the dining & living space w/ gas fireplace, french doors opening onto the lovely outdoor entertainment area, private office & half bath. Upstairs: Queen primary suite, second queen bedroom, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, shared full bathroom, laundry, & cozy TV nook with futon couch (can sleep 7 total). One well-behaved dog allowed with pet fee, must be included on reservation).

Aiken is a charming city with a small-town feel, beautiful historic downtown with fabulous restaurants and shops, many lovely free parks and museums, great golf courses, and a totally unique equestrian culture! The Barngalo is just 2.5 miles from the historic hear of downtown Aiken, but feels worlds away on 1.5 private wooded acres.

What makes this property unique

The Barngalo is truly a one-of-a-kind special property! Custom built in 2020, it has a modern, open downstairs floor plan with soaring ceilings, fun & colorful designer finishes and good quality modern furnishings. There’s a full kitchen, living room, great fully enclosed office & powder room. French doors open onto an all-seasons back patio that’s half-covered and half open air with a fire pit, propane grill, table & chairs, and comfy lounging furniture as well, all overlooking a peaceful pine forest view.

The upstairs is light and cheery with a comfy couch and streaming TV, a laundry room, and 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The primary bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with fabulous huge walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms (queen in second bedroom & 2 twin beds in third) share a second full bathroom.
