About this property

Hidden gem for the cost and location. Great spacious rooms and bathrooms. Starting with the living room, 80” TV with leather futon sofa bed. On the other side, there are two 60” TVs. Watch movies on one and have the game on the other plus UFC or so. The master bedroom has a super comfortable king bed, 70” TV, full bathroom and balcony. The second room has a queen bed, 50” TV, gaming monitor and a full bathroom shower. This place is awesome for the location and the fully loaded kitchen. XL Washer and XL dryer are in this unit also. I love this place and still use it when I’m out north scottsdale.

Not A Stellar Property

Check-in was a breeze, parking is right outside the door and the location of this property is very nice, but some unpleasant surprises awaited. Walking in, the place looks and is sparsely furnished. Bare minimum furnishings as expected as a result of accurate photos in the listing. Kudos for the accurate photos. Limited furnishings carried over to limited cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Examples include a single coffe cup, and a single mixing bowl. Everything in the kitchen appeared to be just a random, and limited, assortment of stuff. The unit itself needs work. The furnace filters were in dire need of replacement, aerators on faucets were mostly plugged, the shower valve in the queen bedroom bath continuously leaked, warm water to the lav sink faucet was almost nonexistent, the screen on the master bedroom sliding door was completely off the rails and there was no screen at all on the downstairs patio sliding door. The property is equipped with 5 televisions and not a single instruction as to how to login and use them. The TV in the queen bedroom could only be turned off by unplugging it. A phone call to the owner failed to generate any attention to the message left on voice mail. A later email resulted in a reply of concern and stated someone could be sent to address problems. This offer was acknowledged, but the owner failed to followup. Very disappointing. The bottom line: I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend this property nor would I stay here again.
