This is a very nice and comfortable rental. The cozy sitting area on the deck with views of the bay was so relaxing. Location works well as a base point to explore the Leelanau Peninsula. Great rental in a beautiful area!

Fantastic place close to town and Hop Lot which allows for easy access to the area. A helpful AC, 2 large bunk beds and a separate bedroom were perfect for my family of 4.

This is a second story apartment. It was so cute and cabin feeling. My family of 5 fit very comfortably and felt right at home. Host was so responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this to anyone small family visiting Sutton's Bay!!!

Nice location if you are not looking to walk or ride bikes into downtown. Pretty view from the deck. The house itself needs a lot of tlc. Nearly every cabinet /closet door was broken in some way. The refrigerator was dirty with a half gallon of milk left in it. The bathtub also had not been cleaned well and the owners shampoos/toiletries were still in it. Parking is on the opposite side of the house with zero lighting around the side of the house or up the outdoor stairs to get into the unit. The owner even pulled into the garage while we were right next to it and didn’t bother to say hello or ask if we needed anything. There could be a lot of explanations that justify the above , but it did leave us feeling disappointed for the first time of all ours stays using VRBO.

Perfect place for my family's needs.

Our stay was great and this was the perfect place for my family's needs. My 5 year old daughter loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of room for my son's pack and play.

Loved our stay!

We loved staying in this property. Kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the view. When our schedule suddenly changed, Karla was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Hosts are very nice and responsive. The setting is very relaxing with trees and meadows while having a water view of Sutton Bay in the distance. You are close to the city of Sutton Bay (about a mile). I definitely recommend and would not hesitate to rebook this place
