Our recently renovated 2170 sqft home is just 9 minutes from The London Bridge, shops, restaurants, beach, and boat launch. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood that sits on top of the hill, providing gorgeous views. The backyard is private with no neighbors behind you. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, flat-screen TV, sitting chair and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and bench for storage or sitting. Bedroom 3 has a queen/twin bunk bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. You will be comfortable 24/7 with large ceiling fans and AC throughout the home. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers. Enjoy a relaxing swim or volleyball in the athletic pool along with endless stargazing in an 8’ spa (extra charge for propane to heat). Warm up with an evening bonfire. Wood is provided. Camping style chairs and beach towels are provided. The streets in the neighborhood are extra wide for your boat/RV parking needs. Parking is flat in front of the house and can fit up to 2 trucks/boats or 1 RV. However the driveway is steep and would only recommend cars/trucks be parked there. Max 4 vehicles on driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage during the summer season (May 15th - October 15th) We’re certain you’ll be able to completely relax & enjoy your vacation!
