Amazing Lake and Mountain Views from this Perfect 3 bed, 2 bath, Pool/Spa Home. Beautiful furnishings with King Beds in each room. Bedroom 3 has a Cal King/Twin Bunkbed. Located approximately 5-7 minutes from Windsor Beach Launch Ramp, London Bridge, Mohave Desert, and Downtown. Nearest cross streets are Havasupai / Empress. Plenty of Driveway parking for you and your guests. Additionally, there is a huge side yard with full hookups that will accommodate an RV and/or Boat or up to 6 vehicles as well. No garage access. Sorry - NO PETS.
Winter Months (30 Night Minimum):
Available Nov 1st thru April 15th at a 60% Discount with a 30 day minimum rental period. Free Pool Service. Utilities and Landscaping included in rental cost. All Linens, and Towels are included in rental cost. Propane (if used) for Pool/Spa Heater is billed separately.
Summer Months (3 Night Minimum):
Available April 16th thru Oct 31st with a 3 Night minimum rental period. All Linens, Towels, and Toiletries are included in rental cost. Propane (if used) for Pool/Spa Heater is billed separately.
