This condo was in an excellent location & very quiet! Walking distance to a small shopping center with a market. 20 minute drive to Old Town Fort Collins! I had an excellent visit ! Can’t wait to return!

My stay here was perfect! Such a clean and beautiful place with very comfortable beds/bedding plus well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication from host Jan with any questions I had. From my own private garage to all the friendly neighbors and lovely neighborhood, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Loved every minute of my extended stay and looking forward to going back when I can.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in Fort Collins. This one was great for us. Clean and every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ever need without being cluttered. The bedding was so comfy and cozy. Great safe and flat neighborhood for walking. Just lovely
Place is beautiful, spacious, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances, large variety of spices, Kuerig coffee and regular coffee pot, plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes. Very clean, plenty of closet space, large bathrooms, top of the line washer and dryer. We were delighted we found the place and plan to return!
This was a wonderful place to stay while our house was being renovated. Jan has the kitchen fully equipped with absolutely anything you could want. The location is lovely; there is a great walking trail and you are just steps from groceries, a great coffee place, mail store and more. I can't recommend it highly enough.
