This was a super cute place to stay. Host was great to work with. Everything was well stocked, clean, and location was great for us. Close to CSU for my daughter’s class that she was here for. Would recommend and would stay here again!
This was a perfect place for my husband, adult son, and I. Location was great for us to visit our daughters. Being able to walk to their house and to King Soopers was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.
Jill was very accommodating to us and our friends who stayed.Great location and easy to access downtown (by car), or walk to a couple of places to eat and drink
Everything you could possibly want, one of the nicest fully equipped places I’ve ever been to ( and I have been to 1000s)Just superb in all aspectsMichael
Place was perfect for parents weekend. Close to campus and it was nice to have a place to park. The place itself was surprisingly larger than we thought with a great sitting area and basic kitchen area. Beds were comfy and we loved the electric fireplace in the fall. Would recommend!
Jill was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to all my questions. The house is super cute with lots of extra amenities included - bottled water and face wipes for our use. The beds are high and I had an elderly sister who struggled to get into them. But very comfortable. Great location within easy commute to CSU. I’d stay here again and encourage you to try it.
This apartment was right off a busy road but wasn't nosy inside. My husband was taking a class at CSU and he could easily walk there, along with several restaurants. It was spacious and comfortable for our family.

Hello Clara,
It is unfortunate to receive a 3-star review from you, as I did my best to accommodate you and your many requests. I rented to you and your boyfriend, who were under 20, because you had asked and assured me that you had gotten good ratings. You mentioned that you had to make your own food for dietary restrictions, and I responded to be sure that you knew that I only have a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. The pictures are very true to what the Airbnb looks like on the inside. Then you had the wrong dates and asked if you could come earlier, unfortunately, we were already booked. Then you wanted an earlier check-in time, which I accommodated, and then you had an issue locking the main door in which I happily responded to. Perhaps it wasn't exactly what you expected because you didn't know what to expect. I guess I learned my lesson as well.
The house is very convenient to CSU; about a 5 minute drive to campus, right down College Ave. We stayed two nights while moving our daughter in to her dorm. Plenty of parking space. Neighborhood is very quiet. The house itself is small, but clean. A perfect place to stay for a quick trip!
The rental was clean, well decorated and cozy! It was exactly as pictured and the property manager was very responsive. The main bedroom was perfect for a restful night of sleep.
I visited in September when the weather fluctuates throughout the day and I was comfortable the entire time. The outdoor spaces were lovely, even though I didn’t have much time to spend out there. The only caveat is that the seating area out front is visible from a road that can get busy during rush hour. But it wasn’t noisy at all.
I didn’t really cook while there but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with all the necessary things to cook. Parking was a breeze and I loved that the rental was a 5 minute drive from the CSU campus, but still far enough away to not be as impacted by campus traffic.
