Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, good decor, centrally located, and kitchen has everything needed. Great property owner. Will book again when in the area.

AMAZING HOUSE

We rented this house to be close to the ATT stadium. This house was fabulous. The beds were so comfortable! The decor was perfect! I most definitely would stay here again.

Great stay near all in Ft Worth Area

We headed to the Ft Worth area to attend a concert in Arlington. This place was perfectly situated for this as well as to family in the Flower Mound area. We were also able to visit some local attractions like Decorators Warehouse for lots of Christmas ideas. We also were able to go on a tour at TX Whiskey. I highly recommend both is those things interest you. The place made us feel very comfortable and was accessible to all we wanted to do.

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Huge storm rolled in the night we arrived. The host worked with us to make sure we got inside the home before the storm hit! Made sure we didn’t have any issues during/after the storm. Rooms were perfect sizes. Great lay out, and beautifully decorated!! Will be staying here again the next time we come into town!

Family and a wedding

Great location and neighborhood. Clean and updated. Nice having 3 bedrooms. Owner very responsive. If we come back to Dallas area we will certainly stay here again. We truly did enjoy are stay and would highly recommend this home.

Termites in the Bathroom

I recently stayed at this property, and while the check-in process was smooth and easy, our stay was overshadowed by an ongoing issue with termites in one of the bathrooms. Upon arrival, we found termites in the bathtub and immediately informed the property manager. They sent someone to clean the next day, explaining that the house had been recently sprayed for bugs, which might be causing the termites to surface. However, after returning from our event, we noticed the termites were back. We reported it again, and while the property manager sent someone to clean once more, this became a daily occurrence during our stay, rendering the bathroom unusable. One of our guests was so uncomfortable with the situation that they chose to leave and find other accommodations. Due to this major inconvenience, I requested a refund to cover the cost of reimbursing the guest who left. I was only given $100 and have since been met with a lack of responsiveness in resolving the issue. While the house had potential, the recurring termite problem and inadequate handling of the situation greatly impacted our experience. Please be aware.

Great Home, Great Location!

The home is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes to the At&t Stadium by car. It was in a great location. The home was lovely. It was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our vacation. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Great Football Weekend

Stayed for a couple of football games at AT&T Stadium. About a 20 minute drive if you go early to avoid traffic. Clean property but lacked some basics - soap, shampoo & dishwasher soap. Lots of common space to gather.

Great Place to Stay.

Sidonio's property is great. The family room living, living room, and dining areas are 1 big room strategically separated by furniture. Very comfortable and large. It had all the amenities for me, my brother, and adult nephew to enjoy. The backyard is a decent size with plenty of space to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable. All the bedrooms were large enough for each of us to enjoy. The master bedroom is exactly what it should be. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that looks like it was built in the 90's or earlier but don't let that fool you. The inside of Sidonio's home is modern and new. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is the place for you.

Cuteness

Extremely clean interior and cute decor. I was a little worried when I turned into the neighborhood but cute and clean inside. Had all the amenities. Working with the owner was a breeze. He even let us come in an hour early. Found some cobwebs in the bathtub and needed to clean the baseboards but otherwise super clean and felt very comfortable relaxing. Definitely would recommend.

The house rules were few and easy to understand. Easy access from Highway. Close enough to most major attractions in the area. If you stay check out the host food recommendations….they are delicious. Would definitely stay again.
