Check-in is at 3:00 PM → Early check-in is possible if pre-arranged and depending on circumstances. Please do not check-in earlier without approval- your door code is not active until 3:00 PM.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM → Late check-out is possible if pre-arranged. Please be considerate of the housekeeper’s time- late check-out fees may apply if late check-out is not prearranged and housekeeper has to wait for you.

Cleaning during stays for an extra charge is available upon availability. Price depends on condition of home and type of cleaning desired. House must be empty while housekeeper cleans.

Dropping off luggage due to early arrival or late departure is available but must be pre-arranged.

SMARTtvs have Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. as listed in amenities, however, they require personal credentials; credentials are not provided.

I cannot say enough good things about this home - the bed was genuinely the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. The space is clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. If you’re looking to visit Dallas/Fort Worth, this home is very close to just about anything you’d want to do. Even if you stay local to the immediate area, you are a few minutes from Glade Parks, and 10 minutes from Grapevine. This duplex is updated nicely and offers a great home base for your DFW expeditions.

Fantastic little gem of place

This little gem right off the highway close to everything you could possibly need. Very very clean, comfortable bed, and the great shower just made everything great. The place has been updated to feel like a brand new place. Super quiet neighborhood. This will definitely be my go to on my trips to Dallas. Great communication also made everything top notch.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We traveled to Texas for a family wedding and were so pleased when we arrived at this home. The space was beautiful and inviting and had everything we could have possibly needed during our time in Texas. The backyard offered a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the shower in the master bath was likely the best I have experienced. No lie. I highly recommend this home.

We were looking for a spot with easy access to popular spots in Dallas and Fort Worth, the airport area for business, and downtown. This was it! The neighborhood is quiet and neat with access to necessary stores. The property is recently renovated and very nicely furnished with new amenities, well thought out and very pleasing decor; modern and with great attention to detail and comfort. Property owner was extremely responsive and thought of all the details a renter might need to know. (Light switches are labeled!) It’s just a home run; a cute little place that was great for two couples to share as a base for all the places we needed to go in a long weekend.

Beautifully Renovated Duplex

Wonderfully renovated duplex. Very clean & nicely decorated. The beds were very comfy. Plush towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well furnished with mostly everything you need if you’re cooking. The seating in kitchen was ample with 4 chairs around kitchen table along with 4 barstools at kitchen counter. There is a fenced in back yard and a lovely patio/deck area with ample sitting & a propane gas grill if you’re wanting to cook some burgers and dogs. There’s also a carport/parking pad for 2 cars in back along with street parking in front. There’s smart TV’s in each bedroom along with one in the family room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.
