3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo on the 7th floor at Break Water Point. This condo was recently finished and can also be rented with Unit 703 to make it a 5 Bedroom 5 Bath unit. We made this unit 3 bedrooms and moved the living room area on to the balcony so there was more room for guests. Marble floors and walls. 20 meters to the beach, next to Croc Casino. 100 meters to the center of Jaco.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
