Countryside in central Paris.
Located in a Haussmannian building of great standing at the border of Neuilly-sur-Seine and Paris 17th, this luxury flat of 220sqm will seduce you with the quietness of its 250sqm private garden and the luminosity of its old veranda.

Entirely renovated in April 2022 and furnished with taste, the flat consists of an entrance hall, a double living room, 4 large bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single drawer beds), a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a dressing room, a laundry room and a cellar.

Secure building with intercom, digicode and guard.

The neighborhood is very nice/safe with lot of trees around, but quite residential. Nice shops (bakery, butcher, café, etc.) and restaurants are around 10mn walk on both side (Neuilly and Levallois). The flat is well deserved by bus (43/82) and metro, which is around 5mn walk (Porte Maillot tube station - ligne 1).
