This was a perfect spot for our group of 9. Two families with 5 teenagers between us. Beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. There are two rooms with king bedrooms and private showers. Rest of the rooms are queen beds. Fun kitchen area where the kids watched Christmas movies each night. Place was spotless and located right by the Champs Elysees. First day we did an awesome walk straight to the Louvre. Great restaurants around and easy access to the rail stations. Loved it. Loved it.

It was a beautiful place with plenty of room for our group of 8 people. The A/C worked amazingly and the area of Paris is very cute and not touristy. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property was everything we hoped for. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family of seven adults had plenty of room and the location was great.
