The cabin was cozy, we loved it, the atmosphere was perfect for a mountain cabin. It was quiet, you could hear the water from the stream across the street, it was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.
It was an awesome place. Quiet, lots to do on the property. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back

Quiet Cottage
The cabin was very quiet & remote, providing a nice getaway. The cabin provided a nice retreat & well equipped with everything you would need during the stay. It was located in a nice wooded setting & nearby to both Asheville & Brevard, NC. We enjoyed our stay!
Nothing better than rocking on the porch listening to a babbling brook! Close to many hikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Don’t miss Rocky Face Tavern for great food, very close by.
Great property, it’s beautiful & peaceful.
Kids loved it they wanted to always be outside when they could!

Relaxing! A place to get away and unplug.
Very peaceful for our family of six! We were very thankful for the washer/dryer (so remember to pack your Tide!)...came in useful on the last days of our stay. We enjoyed Mars Hill area for snow tubing. Kids loved the elk of Maggie Valley and the Blue Ridge Parkway was a must see.

Thank you for the kind words and recommendations, Sarah!
This place is truly a gem. Easy to find and check-in was simple. Waterstone has all the comforts of home on a beautiful piece of property. The bonus fireplace in the picnic shed is a really nice touch after a day of hiking. I would refer anybody looking for a quiet, comfortable place in the mountians to check it out. I know i will be going back when i can. New favorite place!

relaxing and as described
great relaxing weekend, cabin was fabulous and just the right
distance from everything not to close not to far away perfect. my only complaint is the television situation with the Amazon firestick, but then again thats part of the charm. Brenda we are coming back...lol
This amazing stone cottage is everything you could ask for in a quiet, relaxing, cozy, mountain respite. My daughters and I have stayed at Waterstone previously and it was a delightful Birthday treat to enjoy the property again. The kitchen has everything you need, the picnic pavilion provides warmth, games, outdoor equipment...what more do you need.. We will definitely return here again...
The wife, son, and I are an avid outdoors family that loves waterfalls and the mountains. We reserved this cabin seeing that it was in the mountains, secluded, and had a private fishing pond. We couldn't have picked a better place. The property owner was very nice to talk to and was very easy to communicate with. The cabin was everything we needed for our family and more. Our son absolutely loved the pond he could fish in whenever he wanted, loved the fire pit he could play around while Mom and dad had some adult beverages, and most of all he loved walking across the road to see the little stream that flows there. The scenery and everything was wonderful. If we are ever vacationing back out that way we would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely visit to Cruso
We had a lovely time visiting the Cruso area to attend a wedding weekend. We really enjoyed the Waterstone Cottage. It was just what we needed and I wish we had more time to enjoy the cottage but we spent a lot time at the wedding venue.
The cottage was very comfortable and it was nice to have space to stretch out for our family group of 3 adults and two children. The cottage was easy to find and the setting was beautiful. The little pond was pretty and I enjoyed sitting outside on Saturday morning enjoying the sunshine and view. We also enjoyed eating our breakfast sitting on the front porch.
The cottage had everything we needed including wifi and it was very well maintained. It would be a lovely place to visit in the fall. I will definitely stay there if we visit the area again.

Thank you, Kelly. You'll have to come back when you can spend more time on the property!
This property was so beautiful and unique. Everything inside and out was conducive to relaxing. It sounds cliche to say it felt like home but it truly did.
My wife and I spent our anniversary vacationing near Asheville, NC and absolutely loved the Cottage. It has the perfect blend of Rustic and Modern that my wife and I adored. The location was absolutely perfect: Scenic, quiet and comforting with just the sound of nature around us both. Travel to Asheville and other neighboring towns isn't a hassle either, plus some of the Local Restaurants like Kornerstone Cafe and Jukebox Junction are amazing. A wonderful experience overall, would definitely recommend!
This was an awesome cabin. The property manager was awesome and very helpful. House was very clean, smelled nice, cozy cabin. Lots of activities for my husband and kids to do outside horseshoes, fishing, tiki toss, Cornhole just to name a few. Nice out door building with fireplace and picnic tables. Overall this is a place we plan to come back to in the near future!
Great VRBO experience. Cheryl and Brenda were wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable and the outdoor spaces were beautiful. They even went so far as to have the firewood stacked and paper/kindling ready in the outdoor fireplace where all we needed to do was light it. Great location and central from anywhere you want to go, whether to Waynesville, Sylva, hiking, airport, and Asheville.
Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
My husband and I had a little weekend getaway with our two small children. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space inside and out. We can’t wait to come again.
