Newly renovated and completely refurnished in 2022 and within the gates of Punta Mita!

Enjoy your vacation in our spacious, modern, luxury villa, located in Porta Fortuna, which is inside the exclusive gates of Punta Mita, also home to the Four Seasons and the St. Regis resorts. The villa is a two-story home, approximately 4000 square feet of fully integrated indoor/outdoor space. It includes a private pool and jacuzzi and is beautifully furnished inside and out.

The main floor opens up to the outdoor pool and dining area with sliding glass walls. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for enjoying your stay.

All three bedrooms connect to private bathrooms. On the main floor, the bedroom is furnished with a king bed and includes a private courtyard and outdoor shower.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and private terrace with ocean and golf course views. Glass walls open fully to create an amazing indoor/outdoor living experience. The additional upstairs bedroom is spacious and furnished with two queen beds and two terraces offering golf course and ocean views. Both bedrooms provide access to the private outdoor jacuzzi.

Enjoy daily breakfast and lunch prepared by our full time housekeeper/chef (Monday thru Saturday. You pay only for the groceries required).

Our concierge will organize all the details of your visit- including arranging transportation to and from the airport, securing dinner reservations, providing groceries to be delivered before your arrival, and booking excursions, massages or a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner at home-everything you’ll need to make your vacation care-free, relaxing and delightful! The concierge will be available to help facilitate your needs for the entirety of your stay.

Also included is a brand new, 6-passenger electric golf cart, paddle boards and surf boards.

Surf instruction and guides are also available with Antonio, our resident surf master for surfers of all levels. High speed WI-FI, satellite TV and a Sonos audio system throughout the entire villa is also included.

While all of the developments within the gates of Punta Mita are lovely, Porta Fortuna is extra special, as it is also home to the highly acclaimed Sufi restaurant, the private Sufi Beach Club and the Sufi pier, where you can take a leisurely stroll to take in the incredible view, meet your boat for a whale watching or surfing excursion, or hop in the water for a paddle board ride. All are within a few minutes walk from our villa.

Included with the rental of our villa is the Premier Golf Membership , which will provide you full access to the four beach clubs within the gates of Punta Mita (Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club and the Sufi Playa Fortuna Beach Club), as well as limited access to the St. Regis resort Beach Club. In addition, you will have full access to the Fitness Center, the 10 court private members-only tennis club and the 4 court Four Seasons Tennis Club (both tennis clubs offer the option of hard and artificial turf), and access to two world class golf courses.

Guests of our villa can enjoy either of the amazing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses (the original one was voted the best resort course in the world by Conde Nast Travel, June 2006), featuring the famous 'Tail of the Whale' hole (a 170-210 yard carry to the only natural island green in the world). Once you hit your ball, you are escorted to the green in an amphibious golf cart, as the cart path is under water at high tide (it's an amazing experience!). Our guests also receive a reduced rate as an unaccompanied guest for green fees.

Outdoor activities include tennis clinics or private lessons, golf lessons, swimming/snorkeling, local or deep sea fishing, boating, kayaking, surfing, surfing lessons, hiking, ATV riding, and much more.

If you feel like venturing outside the Punta Mita gates, the town of Punta de Mita is just moments away and offers a lovely variety of boutiques, grocery and wine shops, coffee shops and outstanding restaurants.
