Caretaker on premises in a separate area isolated from main house, no interaction necessary. Close to lakes, Venetian Park, Downtown Leesburg, Mall. One hour from Disney. No pets. No parties,

THIIS UNIT: The main house is a large 3 BR 2 BA unit with a full kitchen and sunroom. Maximum occupancy eight.

The guest house is a 2 BR 1 BA in a separate building with a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy six.

The “penthouse” is a private suite with a balcony, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy seven.

Fun weekend

Had Kids AAU basketball tourney in Tavares so stayed at this Leesburg house. Home is spacious and was.good for the fam to get back and relax once we returned from a day of bball. The house had eveything we needed for our stay except real time tv. Downtown

Christmas Visitors

Our family has expanded beyond what our home can accommodate. This vrbo was perfect for our needs and they all enjoyed the large amount of space each room provided. It was clean and welcoming in every way. The owners were available with just a phone call at every hour. We would stay here again.

Too much cigarette smoke

The house was clean and ready for use. However, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I informed the host. By the next day, I surmised the smoke was coming from the attached rental property. I contacted the host again. There is little the host can do to keep renters from smoking inside of their area. It still wafts into the unit we rented. It's a fine place to stay if you are okay with breathing the cigarette smoke.

We apologize for the smell of smoke. Ret assured that this was a temporary situation if you ever come to see us again. All our units are rented smoke-free with many signs in the units.As I mentioned, if I ask the people in the other unit not to smoke inside and they claim they are not smoking inside, I do not have much recourse. I can not do surprise inspections to catch them. VRBO rules do not allow me to just walk in unannounced.

Buggy

There were so many bugs that it made it uncomfortable. We could not use the pool after desk due to the number of bugs swarming the area. When we woke up in the morning there were dead bugs all over the counters and floors. They need to do major exterminating. We were left with one and a half rolls of toilet paper and a half a roll of paper towels for a 3-day stay. I contacted the property owner and he took care of replenishing our toilet paper and paper towels. When I tried to reach the property manager I got no response. This is a shared property so it is not private pool access. The other guest left their dirty clothes laying around the pool area. We did get complimentary coffee and sugar. If it weren't for the bugs I would come back.

I am sorry about the bugs, but that is just something we have to deal with in the summer since we are so close to the lake. They are not inside bugs, but seasonal mayflies that everyone in the area gets. We have TrueGreen for the outside and Terminix for the inside, but nothing can stop the bugs in the summer. This year has been particularly bad.
