Close to a beautiful meadow and creek walk, and in a quiet yet central setting, this spacious home offers many excellent features that let a family flourish including three-bedrooms, a home office, and a yoga/exercise room (aka "the dojo"). Upon entry, the open-plan kitchen-, dining-, living area has a cozy fireplace and welcoming atmosphere.
Downstairs you find two bedrooms, including the original master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom, and a third bedroom that has been converted to a bright yoga/exercise room with a sliding door to lawn and fenced garden area.
The upstairs addition is an oasis with an additional light-drenched living space and extra-large deck, ideal for gatherings with family and friends. There is also a spacious upstairs master with jetted tub next to a large office, both with access to a long balcony.
Enjoy the nearby meadow, river, Lake Tahoe, close restaurants, bike paths, casinos, and 3 major ski resorts that encompass the famous Tahoe lifestyle.
