Located 4th from the ocean in Brant Beach, this house is just steps to the beach, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a reverse living room with ocean views, bay views, and a heated swimming pool! An expansive deck, ideal for outdoor dining and sunning is set off of the living room. A grilling deck in the rear of the house off of the kitchen makes grilling super convenient. A master ensuite, three generous bedrooms, and a full hall bathroom with a laundry area round out the middle floor. A large covered deck is accessed off of the master ensuite. The sizable rooftop is just the spot to enjoy endless sunrises and sunsets along with Fourth of July fireworks in every direction. The house is conveniently located for easy walking and biking, with shops, ice cream, and restaurants just a short walk away.

Great house for a beach getaway. Beautiful pool area for after the beach and great views of both beach and bay. Would absolutely stay there again. Meghan was also very helpful with all of our questions before our stay.

Cleanest house I’ve ever rented, awesome pool

We had a WONDERFUL week here. Close enough to the beach.. we spend most of our days in the pool. Pool was perfectly heated for night swimming. The only thing I would change was having another full size bathroom for the amount of people that this house can sleep. It got busy in the morning, but we made it work. Cleanest beach house I have ever stayed in.
