Beach location

Outstanding beach location. Expected Condition of unit, no surprises. Recommendation - replace coach, extremely uncomfortable.

Location of property is excellent. Access to beach and pool are very convenient. Apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I would suggest that the livingroom furniture could be updated and the deck furniture cleaned up. We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the ocean beach.

Great location Unit needs updated

This is a great location. Sit on the patio and see and hear the ocean. Two minute walk to the ocean. The unit needs some updating. Bathrooms, kitchen should be a priority. Painting throughout would be nice.
