Great location and amenities. Perfect spot for a family beach vacation. The pool was large and an excellent option for when it got too hot on the beach. Place is clean, well run, and well furnished.

Clean and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, had everything you would need except I would recommend leaving one extra roll of toilet paper for a week long stay. We had a great stay! The condo was very clean & well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, also. The location can't be surpassed & we enjoyed the view of the Gulf of America. It was nice to have to pool to relax by, in addition to having the beach so near.

Fuzzy Walls?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, the place is well worn. But that is no excuse for Cleanliness. The wall opposite the AC vent in the kitchen had dust fuzz on it. The master bath needed a serious cleaning. The entire place could use a good cleaning. Shower in the master needs replaced. The tile is beat up and the shower head needs replaced for better flow. The second bathroom was in much better shape and had better pressure. Mr. Coffee maker is quite tired. 45 minutes to brew a pot. Good thing there is a Keurig as backup. Not all bad. Location, pool, beach access, balconies , outdoor grills are all excellent and much appreciated. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans and utensils. A hand lemon/lime juicer would be a nice addition. Linens provided were in good shape. The credit for beach equipment was used and appreciated. We’d stay again with a few tweaks as mentioned above.

We loved the beach view especial upstairs balcony with the longe chairs. The decor was beautiful every little detail.appreciated the beach equipment credit. The only thing we would say we had an issue with the tv couldn’t get cable and the streaming pls lagged awfully. SGI atmosphere so peaceful and laid back

This property was great. We saw dolphins everyday, often several times a day. The community is quiet and walkable/bikeable. The beach outside the villa was very nice. The check-out requirements were pretty minimal. The pool was nice, although chilly at this time of year. (Not heated.) As others have mentioned, there are lots of stairs in the unit, but it did not diminish our enjoyment of the property. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was really nice to have two separate bedrooms and two baths as well as laundry.

Wonderful!

Loved our stay in this condo on the beach! It’s perfectly located right on the Gulf, very clean, and in a cute little neighborhood. St. George is very easy to get around, as many attractions are within walking distance. Also, there’s a great bike path on the island that we were able to enjoy with the bikes we rented. We would definitely recommend staying here!
