▶ Pet friendly! -$130 per pet
▶ Front Doorbell and Outdoor Backyard Camera

THE SPACE:

▶ 2 Queen Bedrooms upstairs
▶ 2 full baths + 1 half bath
▶ Bunk bed room with twins on main level
▶ Large living area with 50" TV
▶ Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker
▶ 2 parking spots in front of home

For safety and security, the front and back doors are monitored by security cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies.
*1 doorbell camera at the entrance of the home, and 1 outdoor camera facing the backyard. Both devices are ON and recording during the reservation.

House Rules:
- WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts.
- No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am.
- No weapons allowed anywhere on the property.
Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $130 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made.
We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow:
- Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed.
- Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside.
- Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo.
- No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates.
- Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two.
- No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation.
- There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home.
- The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. If your pet causes and injury or harm to other people or the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.

Great Weekend Base Camp

Our group of four adults stayed here while we participated in the Mammoth March hike at Oak Mountain State Park. The neighborhood location was great and very convenient to the state park and area amenities. The property was spotless and exactly as represented in the listing. We found the house (and beds) very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Alise, the host, was very responsive and provided thoughtful, detailed instructions and area recommendations. 100% would book this property again!

Perfect for what we needed!

We had my family of five along with my parents in town to visit other family in the Birmingham area. This house had everything we needed for all 7 of us to stay comfortably! It is well furnished and close to food and shopping. Overall a great trip!

Careful with the stairs

Overall, decent place, clean. Stairs are a real death trap though, being slick and slanted downwards. Also broke under the weight of one of our guests. Owners were reasonable about the situation though.

Awful please beware

It was the worst place we ever stayed. We are volleyball moms with their daughters. The house had roaches it was in a sketchy neighborhood and when we sent pictures and complained we received no consideration from the office that owns the property, they were persistent that they didn’t know what i was talking about! I let you all know please consider this as a serious review.
