About this property
New Villa O in peaceful setting with a sea view great for friends and family

We strongly advise you to always first check the availability with us.
As you pass the Dubrovnik bridge and enter the area of Orašac, Villa Ó can be found
among the centuries-old olive groves and stone walls, overlooking the sea and the
Elafiti islands.
The history of olive groves dates back to the Republic of Dubrovnik, and the age of
olives is estimated at 300 to 500 years. The house is situated in a way that respects
nature and blends with it. Perhaps, the biggest asset of this property is that
nothing stands between the guest and the epic sunrise and sunset.
This charming property of 840 m2 features 4 en-suite bedrooms with a sea view, a living room, and a large tavern that has direct access to the terrace.
The interior is designed in a modern language but still gives preference to warm tones and natural materials. Sharp details, black color, and metal contrast with wood and rattan creating a pleasant space to stay and relax. Great attention is paid to details and pieces of designer furniture.
The most important element of the property is its exterior: the location of the infinity pool with the UV system, stunning views of the Elafiti islands, and various nooks to relax on a pool day. You can enjoy a large sun deck with an al-fresco dining area connected to the outdoor summer kitchen. There is also an outdoor lounge with a stone bench, just underneath an ancient olive that creates perfect shade while you dig into your favorite book.
Homemade olive oil, but also red wine from grapes brought from the best climates of the Peljesac peninsula is being produced at this location.
