The beautiful, new confortable 2 room apartment is located in front of the town Graal-Müritz and is within walking distance. Small but practical

Not really much to say, looked like it did in the photographs. The bed/bedroom proportions are a little tight as the bed only just fits. My only other point would be the coffee machine. Possibly a relic of the DDR times and desperately needs to be rushed to a museum for safe keeping.

Die Ferienwohnung Sandmännchen war für uns sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden, um sich dort selbst zu versorgen. Am besten haben uns die Rolläden auf Sonnenseite gefallen. Da wir bestes Sonnenwetter hatten, blieben die Temperaturen in den Räumen dadurch gut erträglich. Die Lage als Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge war optimal und auf dem Gelände ist es abends sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Parkplatzsituation ist gut gelöst.Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Urlaub im März

Top ausgestattete Fewo, es mangelte an nichts. Sehr gut fand ich auch die hohe den Garten umfassende Hecke, so war man vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt. Ich würde Jederzeit vorbehaltlos diese Wohnung mieten

Nichts zu meckern

Check in war super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig. Die Einheimischen nennen den Ferienpark Ghetto. Ganz so schlimm fanden wir es nicht. Es war sehr ruhig zwei Wochen vor den Ferien. Zum Strand braucht man ein Fahrrad oder das Auto.

Wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Gral-Müritz

Es hat uns, wie auch im letzten Jahr an nichts gefehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse. Die Hecke ist inzwischen so hoch, dass man auch von Spaziergängern nicht gestört wird. Also in Summe wieder alles perfekt.

Alles bestens aber Spielplatz als Kommunikationstreff fehlt leider. Dafür braucht man mit Kindern dann keinen so grossen Komplex.

Urlaub in Graal-Müritz

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Leider konnten wir den Garten nicht wirklich nutzen, da es viel geregnet hat. Zum Glück kann man in der Umgebung, bzw in Rostock sehr viel unternehmen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und der Urlaub mit der Familie hat Spaß gemacht. Die Wege zum Strand sind nicht all zu weit und auch mit Kindern gut zu laufen.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden,Lage und Ausstattung waren gut. Wir hatten den Eindruck,dass die Reinigung der Wohnung doch nur sehr oberflächlich durchgeführt wurde. Küchenschublade und Oberflächen von Dekoartikeln Und Stereoanlage waren verstaubt,also längere Zeit nicht gepflegt. Eine Kontrolle der Reinigungsarbeiten wäre sehr wichtig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Rasenfläche

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Abende haben wir auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht. Das Frühstück auf der Rasenfläche eingenommen, da dort direkt an der Hecke bereits am Morgen die Sonne für eine angenehme Wärme sorgt. Durch den angrenzenden Wald kann man Abseits vom Touristentrubel die ruhigen Strandabschnitte zwischen Müritz und Neuhaus erreichen. Es war unser erster aber hoffentlich nicht letzter Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Unterkunft in Graal-Müritz

Zum zweiten mal habe wir diese Ferienwohnung gebucht und sind wie beim ersten mal sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal und die angebotene Unterkunft entspricht genau dem wie man die Wohnung bekommt. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und man kann diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen . Gerne kommen wir 2023 wieder

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und Garten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gut organisiert vom Gastgeber und einfach ein toller Urlaub. Der Garten ist sehr schön gemacht und lädt zum Entspannen und Sonnen ein. In dem Schuppen zur Ferienwohnung befanden sich drei Fahrräder auf denen wir die Gegend unsicher machen konnten👌😅. Einfach perfekt. Kleines Manko waren allerdings die hellhörigen Wände und die Ameisen in der Küche - die wurden aber mit vorhandenem Insektenspray kaltgestellt. Also alles in allem ein total gelungener Ostsee Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür an den Gastgeber Herrn Sandmann.

Gepflegte Wohnung mit Garten

Wohnung ideal für 2 Personen (+2 auf Ausziehcouch), sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Das bereit gestellte Fahrrad war Gold wert, da das Objekt etwas außerhalb liegt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
