Had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful property. Private back yard. Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to Duval. The breakfast place Sarabeth is right across the street. Highly recommend stopping there. The communication from the rental company was fantastic.

Pool area could have had trees trimmed some. Lots of shade and debris in pool.

Thank you for the feedback. We have trimmed the trees on the property back as much as possible. The pool is cleaned and water tested once a week, but often, especially if it is windy, tree debris will get into the pool. Thank you for the 5 stars!

We had 4 couples and it was perfect! Everything was clean and well functioning and thoughtfully stocked. Overall spice was more roomy than we expected. The pool was warm and clean we could not find fault with anything!!

Being this was a 4/4 it was a very small house. The living room/kitchen area was super small. There were 8 of us but we could never watch tv together on the couch bc it only held 3 people. The tv was so small for the room that you couldn’t see it from other areas. The house was clean on the inside but the pool area was dirty. We enjoyed being so close to downtown area and being able to walk everywhere. One thing that was not explained was the parking situation. It was absolutely terrible. The people in the mansion blocked the whole driveway. I called management to see if they could move so we could use our part of the driveway and management said they’d be right down to help but never showed…we ended up having to pay to park further away and unloading was not fun. The so called driveway wasn’t much of one. Definitely not for more than 2 cars which were already there when we got there. There were plenty of laundry soap, bath soap, towels etc. that was super.

Perfect location!

This house was the perfect location for being able to walk to the places we wanted to visit. Short walk to/from local restaurants and bars. Smaller rooms, but that didn't matter.

Great Location

This property is in a great location within walking distance of all of the Key West attractions while also in a quiet neighborhood. We had five adults and found that there was plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are all a good size and each one has its own bathroom. The small swimming pool is an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay here, location was everything! The beds were comfy although one of the rooms was a bit extra toasty. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Plenty of towels for our group. The WiFi wasn’t great, kept going in and out for people in our group who had to WFH. There were quite a few bugs but not sure if there’s any way to avoid that considering it’s Florida. Otherwise we felt very welcome in the house and had such a good time here.

Enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and very well located. Only constructive criticism would be having the place better-stocked with essentials like trash bags, dish soap/sponges, shampoo/body wash, etc.

Steps from Duval

Check in process was smooth and easy, house was very well equipped and the location was amazing. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms is a big deal for big groups, the only thing to really take note is the parking is tight to get off the street, much easier with smaller vehicles. Overall, awesome place to stay.

Perfect place

The villa was beautiful. It had everything that we needed to make our trip perfect! It was a few minute walk to Duval Street. It is perfectly nestled in the back and it feels like a private getaway. The pool is so relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Great location. Close to Duval St. and all that there is to do. 4 bedrooms with 4 separate bathrooms. Pool is a little small. Inside of house was very clean. Outside kept getting dirty due to the changing of the season's.

Home away from hone!

Great 4 bed 4 ba Key West Rental. Central to everything. Well stocked and well appointed. Tjere was even a small fridge/nightstand in one bedroom. Living space is small for a large group but we did not spend a lot of time in doors. Beds are definitely firm. Had everything we needed. Pool was great on a hot afternoon! Would stay again!

This is a great house, with a perfect location. Blocks from Duval, and centered perfectly in the middle of the strip. While this is not a large house, each bedroom having their own bathroom is a huge benefit and very convenient for each person in our group. Plenty of hot water to accommodate everyone in the house, although water pressure is a little light - not a major concern.One item that was disappointing - the pool area does not get sun, or only enough sun for part of one chair. This looks to be partially due to the trees around the pool. This was disappointing and had us looking elsewhere for sun. We ended up taking an uber to Smathers Beach which was a 10 minute ride away. One other minor piece - there is very little pantry space to keep dry food, a small cabinet would be a great addition,

Convenient location to walk to it all

Great property for multiple couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen has a (small) shared common area. The pool is small but great for a dip in the heated water and someone cleaned it every day. Washer and dryer were great to have but temperamental to operate. Clean space but some amenities are missing (no extra trash bags). A good spot that is walking distance to a lot of spots on the island, barely had to take the car out. Easy to get to everything without the noise of Duval.
