PERFECTION...STEPS FROM DUVAL ~

The Villa is a newer built poolside home, situated steps away from famous Duval Street, the historic seaport and everything that old town Key West has to offer, but its privacy fencing and quieter location offer a secure, relaxing retreat.

The Villa’s soothing color palate welcomes you with warm sand tones and relaxing hues of blue. The design is the perfect balance of modern furnishings, some leather and wood. The beautiful earth tone travertine marble floors are laid throughout the house. The open concept living, dining and cooking offers a kitchen with sleek wooden cabinets, granite counter tops, top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures.

All of the bedrooms are ensuite; three of the bedrooms have king size beds and one that has two twins, which can easily be made into a fourth king. The bathrooms in the king size bedrooms have large walk-in, tiled showers and the bedroom with the twin beds offers a bathtub with in-tub tiled shower.
Step through the living area sliding glass door and onto the deck where your inviting custom designed L shape pool with jacuzzi jets awaits. The decking and pool curve around the villa where you will find a covered deck with a long granite bar-top with seating which also provides the perfect place for arranging a poolside buffet brunch, lunch or dinner. French doors lead back into the open concept living space.

Although completely separate and private, the Villa is on the Watson House Grand Estate. Should you need additional accommodations for a larger group or if you just wish to spread out, the gate in the northwest rear corner of the property can be unlocked and opened to the Mansion at the Watson House Grand Estate adding another outdoor living space, swimming pool and seven bedrooms and bathrooms for your enjoyment. We had a lovely stay here, location was everything! The beds were comfy although one of the rooms was a bit extra toasty. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Plenty of towels for our group. The WiFi wasn’t great, kept going in and out for people in our group who had to WFH. There were quite a few bugs but not sure if there’s any way to avoid that considering it’s Florida. Otherwise we felt very welcome in the house and had such a good time here.

This property is in a great location within walking distance of all of the Key West attractions while also in a quiet neighborhood. We had five adults and found that there was plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are all a good size and each one has its own bathroom. The small swimming pool is an added bonus.

Steps from Duval

Check in process was smooth and easy, house was very well equipped and the location was amazing. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms is a big deal for big groups, the only thing to really take note is the parking is tight to get off the street, much easier with smaller vehicles. Overall, awesome place to stay.

The villa was beautiful. It had everything that we needed to make our trip perfect! It was a few minute walk to Duval Street. It is perfectly nestled in the back and it feels like a private getaway. The pool is so relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Home away from hone!

Great 4 bed 4 ba Key West Rental. Central to everything. Well stocked and well appointed. Tjere was even a small fridge/nightstand in one bedroom. Living space is small for a large group but we did not spend a lot of time in doors. Beds are definitely firm. Had everything we needed. Pool was great on a hot afternoon! Would stay again!

Convenient location to walk to it all

Great property for multiple couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen has a (small) shared common area. The pool is small but great for a dip in the heated water and someone cleaned it every day. Washer and dryer were great to have but temperamental to operate. Clean space but some amenities are missing (no extra trash bags). A good spot that is walking distance to a lot of spots on the island, barely had to take the car out. Easy to get to everything without the noise of Duval.

The location is stellar ! But … The bedrooms were fine, but uber cramped … The bathrooms all too small The fridge was broken upon arrival - some of our food had to be thrown away and no ice . And no bottles of water to welcome us… The common area is way too small . The pictures showed a table outside , and there was no table . There were limited dishes - 3 plates so we had to go buy plates - Additionally, no one ever mentioned street parking cost one by so we got a ticket .there were no signs near where we parked the second car Although we made the best of it… the fridge caused a great deal Of unwanted stress! We brought two coolers packed w food!…

Just “meh”

The villa is in a great location but is not a great place to stay. We were a family of 6 and this house felt very crowded. Nowhere to really hang out together. The kitchen/living area are tiny. The house is in poor condition with broken and lifting floor tiles, black mold blowing from the bathroom vents,broekn windows, refrigerator with missing shelves, etc. There is absolutely no surface area in the bathrooms-nowhere to put anything! The rooms are tiny and you had to crawl around the beds to get in. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed that, but overall, not great, or even good. Do not recommend.

Location, location!

The location is excellent. Just a block off Duval and within easy walking distance of Margaritaville, Sloppy Joes and all the other fun stuff. One of the drawbacks was the lack of amenities. We did not have any trash bags, starter coffee, salt/pepper, etc. Not a deal breaker at all but I was surprised at the lack of stocked items in the kitchen. The outdoor furniture was also lacking with only 1 lounger. For a house that accommodates so many people this was a disappointment. We only had 4 guests but having a full house would have been very cramped. We could not find a light switch for outside lights which shined brightly in the bedroom all night, and trust me we tried every switch inside and out of the place. Over-all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.
