Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 18th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Master Suite-The oceanfront master suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the King-size bed, Flat Screen TV. Full bath,lighted vanity. -Guest Bedroom -The guest bedroom features two full size beds, The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated )and has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a Flat ScreenTV with Cable. -Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances.There are oceanviews from the kitchen.The lighting and tile are just some of the finishing touches of this kitchen. -The Balcony provides outdoor seating.You can view the spectacular ocean,beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony. -The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway.There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach. All linens provided with extra sets additionally. We also provide beach chairs and a supply of beach towels. Unlimited Local Phone service provided.For long distance you can use a cell phone or calling card. PLEASE NOTE: I get many questions about the differences between waterfront,oceanfront,beachfront and oceanview.They are all directly on the water in EXCEPT for Oceanview. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW. One reserved garage parking space.

Cheer competition stay

We had a wonderful stay for a cheer competition nearby. The balcony and beach were definitely our favorite parts! Valerie’s place had all the basic necessities and comforts of home which we greatly appreciated. Would stay here again in the future!

Beautiful condo, great location!

We enjoyed the condo very much… the views were amazing, and great location. We liked the underground parking space! The condo has a few spots of drywall that is being worked on that looked bad, but overall didn’t affect anything. Construction going on to the building wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The condo had zero wash cloths so we had to go buy some immediately.

Thank you Felicia. There was a leak from the penthouse that caused the drywall to be opened up for inspection. Due to turn around time for the rentals the completion of that drywall repairs couldn't be completed.

A great place to stay. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

The property was clean even though they were going thru maintenance of the outside. The condo was clean and looked and a bit tired but overall it suited our needs. Had a kitchen to cook meals and the laundry room just outside our doir.

Love horizons

We have stayed in horizons for 5 years in multiple different units have not had a bad view yet. Quite location designated garage parking space secure entry. The construction is alittle bit of a pain. Keys dont always work at the back entry. Our unit was nice could use some updating and a few fans. Needs some fresh paint but great stay. Valerie was great to work with.

Amazing view and location. Didn’t like that we couldn’t go on the balcony due to construction when paying for the view of the beach. Wanted a relaxing place but the construction started early and was right above us.

Very well kept! Tastefully decorated. Updated. Amazing balcony with pelicans flying right level with balcony all day long! Will be back again next year! Hurricane damage is significant in area, but it is clear they are all doing the best they can to accommodate.

April Vacation

Beautiful location and property, wonderful views of the beach and ocean from the 18th floor balconies, bedrooms, living room and even from the kitchen while doing dishes! We were not aware that beach access from the property was not available due to construction until we arrived, I think that is something we should have been made aware of before we booked. We were able to walk a few buildings down for beach access.

Million Dollar Views

Absolutely loved staying at this property. It’s a nice mile walk to the busier parts of Daytona Beach but the area around the condo was always quiet and peaceful. Nice kitchen and roomy enough for 4 of us to be very comfortable. My favored thing though was spending hours on the balcony looking at the view. There is still quite a bit construction in the area due the last years hurricane but it didn’t disrupt our stay at all.

Daytona on the ocean

Condo is very nice.Condo has everything you need.coffee pot is clean.One thing that caught my attention was the floor fan in master bedroom closet.I always use a fan at home i was so happy when i saw that.balcony is very great for viewing sunrise and directly on the ocean.so yes it is oceanfront love this place.Valerie the host is there anytime yu need her.will definently stay jere again

Nice Stay-Awesome View

Very spacious. Awesome View. Some remodeling going on which made a few mornings noisy as they started work at 8 but we were aware when we reserved. When we arrived the outdoor furniture was in the living room and all the furniture was pushed to the middle of the floor so we put outdoor furniture on the balcony and positioned the living room Furniture like the ads on VRBO. Due to the colder weather we don’t get to use the pool but the morning beach walks were superb on The beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Florida Vacation

The condo was really nice. Under the beds in the 2nd bedroom weren’t cleaned and was bummed about the balcony being closed because of construction. We woke up to men being on our balcony early morning. Was inconvenienced by having to try and find quarters for the washer and dryer, but was nice to have them on site. Check in process was a little frustrating only because I didn’t have the full email on what to enter when we got there. Overall it was a nice trip and will be beautiful when renovations are completed.

A beautiful facility. Looks recently remodeled. AC outlets at head of master bedroom bed need to be replaced. Would not hold cell phone charger. We chose unit partly for the walk in shower since my has hip replacement. The addition of grab bars would be nice. Fireworks viewed from the 18th floor was a different perspective.

Very Misleading

We wish we would have known that the condominium was under construction due to a storm in November. There was construction debris and exposed wires in the unit. The ad refers to Ocean view from the balcony, but the balcony is closed due to the construction. We were so devastated upon arrival and found these things. Would have never rented the unit if we would have known all the issues.

Satisfied with the property. But bring your own beach chairs and bring quarters for laundry

We left our beach chairs at home since it is listed they were provided. All the beach chairs were pretty ragged out and broken. Lots of construction which was fine since it was in the listing. Glad to see the hurricane repairs being done. Overall very happy with the view and the unit. The exposed wires mentioned in one of the other reviews is really just from the work going on. No danger to anyone. Curtains are in need of some attention as the ones in the spare bedroom fell when we tried to open them. None of the pull strings work and that is what the directions say to use to open them. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This condo is on the perfect part of Daytona Beach. It is part of the northern beach, which is close to the action, but in the quieter area. From our balcony, you can see for miles and miles.
