Second story screened-in porch looks over a large fenced-in backyard as well as a wooded area home to several families of deer. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a nightcap. The large deck, grill, and fire pit area are a great spot to entertain before heading to enjoy the UGA game or explore campus.
A quiet neighborhood, memory foam mattresses, and blackout curtains make for a restful weekend!
Our home is equipped with 5 smart TVs (including one on the screened-in porch), high-speed wifi, and Google Homes in every room (and on the screened-in porch) for surround sound music.

Our family are lifelong UGA fans (and graduates) who have grown up in Athens. We've been renting our home with VRBO for years, though this particular property is new.
Why they chose this property
This home has it all - large enough for an extended family or college friend reunion, plenty to do at the house, plus just 4 miles from downtown and campus. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and more.
