Just turn the key to be welcomed by a bright, open floor plan with plenty of waterviews. 2400 sf of recently renovated living space including 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Amenities include A/C, wifi/internet/tv, wine fridge, gas grill, gas firepit, W/D and outdoor shower. Several fun restaurants close by including Bill's Seafood and Bacari Social that are within walking distance. An easy escape is possible. August vacancy still available.
