The home is set over 2 floors and fully air-conditioned throughout.
The property is only a 5-minute drive to local shopping facilities and fantastic restaurants. Features a pool and Hot Tub with ample deck area including pool furniture.
Kitchen: The kitchen provides every modern appliance you will need during your vacation including Refrigerator, freezer, blender, microwave, oven, coffee maker, stove top burners, dish washer, toaster, cooking utensils, grill.
Dining: dining room seating for 6 people.
A separate dining area in the kitchen to seat 4.
Bedrooms: 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8. Master Bedroom - 1 King sized bed. Master Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 - 2 Twin / Single beds. Both master bedrooms have ensuite facilities. Ample storage space in all bedrooms including a range of walk in closets, wardrobes and drawers.
Bathrooms: 3 Bathrooms. Master Bathroom - Tub, Shower, Toilet. Master Bathroom 2 - Shower, Toilet. Bathroom 3 - Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower.
Linens and towels provided, hair dryers
Pack and Play provided.
Entertainment: Free Wi-Fi. Cable TV in the lounge. All bedrooms are fitted with Cable TV, Small select DVD library, stereo system, radio, video game console. The garage is converted into a games room.
