About this property

Villa Pure Elegance - new building on water with heated pool/spa, for boaters

The location of this villa is especially suited for boaters, just a block away from the river. The beach with the Boat house of Cape Coral is just around the corner and Fort Myers can be reached quickly via the bridge.

The living area offers high-quality polished porcelain tiles and there are wooden floors in all bedrooms. The modern design and quality of the furnishings and decoration runs through the whole house.

The living room is open plan and the large glass sliding door opens seamlessly to the pool deck. For entertainment there is a 75-inch TV and Apple TV available. A pool table is also here for great game evenings. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The kitchen with adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All devices are high standard and also a Nespresso machine is available.

All bedrooms have a king size bed and a TV.
The spacious master bedroom with direct pool access has an ensuite bathroom with bath tub, large shower and a double vanity.

The other 3 bedrooms each have an adjoining bathroom.

In the spacious pool area you will find chaise lounges, a lounge corner to relax, as well as the outdoor kitchen with a large stainless steel grill for real barbecue pleasure.
The saltwater pool with whirlpool is operated with a salt plant, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.

The west facing position of this house will bring you enough sun all day long and Floridas best sunsets every night.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

You can also take the kayaks from the house and explore the canals.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An electricity flat rate is included in the price for bookings made after the date of March 27, 2024.
We have a base price for 2 guests a night. Each additional guest has an extra surcharge per night.
Guests should please clean the BBQ grill after using it. If it is not cleaned upon check out, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

The size and overall experience was great on this property. Whirlpool worked perfectly. (First time I ever had a working whirlpool in any previous homes I rented) Only flaw was the air conditioner was too small for such a massive property. Hope to stay again soon!

Yacht Club Paradise

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and maintained, with plenty of room for our party of six. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, with an amazing pool area, and beautiful view of the canal. We rented a boat, which made our stay all the more worthwhile, as the canal is located very closely to ocean access. We greatly enjoyed taking boat rides, and docking at the nearby restaurants for dinner - and were fortunate enough to see numerous dolphins and manatee! We would highly recommend renting this home for a relaxing vacation!

One of my favorite vacations yet!

This propriety was excellent and the perfect home for a time to get away from it all. The location was very convenient and close enough to still enjoy the beaches and Sanibel Island, but far enough away to not have to deal with the traffic and parking nightmares of Fort Myers beach. We rented the 24’ boat which was available through the booking company as a part of the house and it made our trip that much better! Short trips on the boat around the neighborhood and to the Yacht Club for some sun and lunch made foe the perfect day trips, with the heated pool and hot tub as a reward when you get home to prep for dinner. I would highly recommend this property and our hosts were great and always available should anything have come up. Beautiful property and wonderful vacation for friend and family alike!

Did not disappoint

We came down to Cape Coral for a week long family vacation - our family of 3 boys (ages 10 to 18), myself, my wife and my wife's parents all stayed at this excellent vacation house. The house is clean, smartly decorated and offers a great location and an awesome lanai/pool area. Everything was in working order and the kitchen and outdoor grill gave us plenty of opportunities to cook when we felt like it. The property manager was responsive when we had questions or needed something. We did have to pick up a few household items that they didn't have or were running low on (dishwasher detergent, etc), but that is to be expected. The pool was great for kids and adults alike. The extra space in the house and its multiple bathrooms was another nice perk. Would stay here again with a similar sized group.

Beautiful home had everything we needed

This home is absolutely beautiful. When we arrived the kids ran all over the house so happy with everything. When they saw the infinity pool they were in heaven! Texts from Anja were timely and she responded very quickly to any questions. We had one issue with a stopped up toilet and the plumber was at the house within a few hours after we told Anja. Kitchen was one of the best equipped of all rental homes we've stayed in. Beautiful furnishings and decor. The canal is right outside, and my husband was able to catch some small fish from the dock. We found out late in our stay that early mornings you can see dolphins in the canal chasing fish. We had also rented a boat for the week which was docked at the house. The Captain that delivered it to the house, and gave the 2hour instructional trip was super-friendly and reviewed everything expertly. I was proud to end the week saying I learned to navigate inter-coastal waterways! I would definitely recommend this house if you want to spend the week in luxury. Wonderful home!!

Ein Träumchen unter blauem Himmel.

Schon der erste Blick von der Eingangshalle durch das Wohnzimmer über den wunderbaren Pool auf den Kanal lässt ein „Wow“ zurück. Tolles Haus. Wunderschöne Zimmer und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig, so dass sowohl viel Platz in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten vorhanden ist. Wir sind allesamt sehr begeistert gewesen und würden auf jeden Fall diese Villa empfehlen und wieder buchen. Insbesondere war die Betreuung vor Ort durch Anja warmherzig und hervorragend. Wunderbare moderne Villa an bester Lage

Die Villa Pure Elegance ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück. Modern, mit allem was man sich wünscht und noch mehr. Hier passt alles, wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Der Pool der Villa ist natürlich das absolute Highlight, was gibt es schöneres als am Morgen direkt aus dem Bett eine runde zu schwimmen. Einiges an Poolspielzeug (z. B. Schwimmringe) ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top, alles da was man braucht: Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Waage und so weiter, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es hat auch Gewürze, Zucker, Öl usw. so dass man direkt loslegen kann wenn man selbst kochen will. Der Grill draussen ist natürlich auch toll. Wenn man ein Boot mietet ist die Lage genial, da man nach fünf Minuten schon draussen auf dem Fluss ist, und nicht stundenlang durch die Kanäle kurven muss. Bis Sanibel Island mit dem Schiff haben wir 40 Minuten benötigt. Und wer möchte kann auch mal mit den zwei Kanus die Kanäle erforschen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen!

Never Disappoints!

This was my family’s second vacation stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first! Such a quiet and relaxing neighborhood, but still so close to everything. Anja is always so friendly and helpful, and the house is both comfortable and user friendly. Would highly recommend!
