This is a large 2000 sqft, two story home.
All bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs on the second floor.
Home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood-- just minutes from the University of Oregon, Autzen stadium, Oakway Center, restaurants and grocery stores.
There is a casual bar seating in the kitchen, as well as a formal dining area to enjoy your meals.
The large backyard is meticulously landscaped and very private.
Outdoor parking for 4 cars.

The entire home will be accessible for your use and enjoyment during your stay.

We are available at any time by message or phone call if there is anything we may do to help or make your stay more enjoyable.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. House is close to Costco, Walmart and other grocery stores. House is a short driving distance to Valley River Mall, Oakway Shopping Center, downtown university and stadiums.

Smart lock door code is changed in between guests to ensure your security.

No parties are allowed within the property premises.

Pets are NOT allowed. We want to keep this place allergen free. The owner's family members are highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers.

You will never have to worry about a parking space since the driveway can accommodate 4 large vehicles.

You will enjoy the tranquil and flat backyard with mature trees. Landscaped yard is fully fenced with a firepit and huge deck. It is like having a "private mini-park" at the back of the house with flowers and berries planted. The house is meticulously renovated and stylishly decorated nonchalant to trends.
