Location, location... Lovely beachside corner condo. Tastefully decorated for your enjoyment, with parking for 2 cars. Two comfortable queen size beds, one in each room. Pullout queen sofa in living area. Courtyard is perfect to grab a book or a beverage and sit outside and lounge. Grill provided for easy dining. Washer/Dryer on premises. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, oven, microwave and dishwasher. New countertops and new bathroom vanity/mirror/ lighting and freshly painted. The shower head is awesome. Fully furnished condo with 3 smart TV's and high speed internet. Great for working from the condo. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Stroll to the famous Cocoa Beach pier. Watch a rocket launch from our beautiful beach. 5 minute drive to the port for a cruise. The location is great for all activities of the surrounding area (Ron Jon's, restaurants, etc.) Interested in fishing or looking for some R & R this is the perfect location for it all. Nearby shopping, golfing, paddle boards, kayak rentals etc. All things beachside for your fun in the sun. Come stay in our clean condo for your next vacation!

Hi, Welcome to our beachside 2 bedroom condo! We have owned since 2013 and love sharing our piece of paradise with travelers. It is close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy walking and riding bikes, people are very friendly here. My husband and I are beach lovers and love dining at our local restaurants. Cocoa Beach is famous for the Pier which is a nice walk by way of the beach. Sometimes we walk over for lunch. We enjoy fishing and kayaking. You can rent both within walking distance at A1A Bike Rentals, just a short walk away. Our location is great for cruisers as the Port is just a 5 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is the closet beach to Disney which vacationers enjoy. We pride ourselves on cleanliness.

Love this location as we are on the beach in minutes. Our patios are great for sitting out and having lunch or dinner or having a cocktail while reading your book. This condo is a hidden gem.

What makes this property unique

Very relaxing with beautiful gardens. We have met some lovely people while staying at the condo. Great place to chill and watch the sunrise on the beach or a launch!
