The location of this condo is what sold me. The condo its self was just ok. I am being honest when I say I did not feel safe. The door has been broken into so many times it will not close without locking the deadbolt. The fridge would not stay cold. The beds were absolutely horrible. Really need to upgrade them. Hard as a rock. 1 roll of toilet paper was left for each bathroom for a 7 day stay. The host was easy to contact so I’ll give him that but overall this condo needs an update. The rest of the resort area was awesome. The pool and game room were excellent.

I guess the guest did not know how to use the digital lock, my property manager have been to double check the lock, there is no any issue at all, the refrigerator is no any issue at all, the guest put amount water/drink into the refrigerator, of course it need a little bit of longer time to cold down.As checking in notice, my property management company only supply the first roll of paper tissue, the guest should shop by themselves after check in, Walmart is within half of mile.

We recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa with our 5 kids and two adults, and it was a great experience overall. The space was very generous—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with the property owner was excellent, and the whole booking and check-in process was smooth from start to finish.The house was clean throughout, which we really appreciated. A thoughtful touch we noticed was the availability of extra items in the closets—strollers, a pack ’n play, sand toys, and life jackets. We didn’t use them ourselves, but it’s a really nice feature for families traveling with younger kids.Each bedroom had its own TV, which was great for some quiet downtime in the evenings.There were a couple of small downsides worth mentioning: the shower in the Minion-themed bathroom made a bit of a strange noise while in use, and the water had a slight odor. Also, the paint job throughout the condo was unfortunately quite sloppy—paint on the ceilings, inconsistent brush strokes, and noticeable color differences in spots on the walls. It’s a cosmetic issue, but it does stand out.That said, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and we’d still recommend this villa to other families looking for a spacious and family-friendly place to stay.

Get What you Pay for

The Fridge Didn't have a working Ice maker or water hooked to it. I just assumed it wasn't working. When i called the manager they told me "Wal-mart has ice" After we bought Hundreds of dollars in Groceries for the week i noticed that the fridge was not cold. I Texted with the manager and response was "Normal Issue" "it will be cold again in the morning". "Guests Tell him this all the time" It did get a little better by morning But not really operating like a Fridge should. To Me "Normal Issue" is not acceptable. If you have multiple guest complaining you would think lets fix this so the fridge works normally and great. Part of your check out guests are supposed to run there dirty dishes in the dishwasher before leaving. No problem there. When we checked in there were dirty Dish's left in the dishwasher. and a few dishes found in the Cupboard that were dirty. it left me with the feeling What else did they forget to do. We were on 4th Floor. there are no Carts for your luggage. That's a big deal when traveling with your family.one of the TVs in the Guest room didn't work the whole trip because they had a incorrect TV Remote in the room. Hand soap provided was Watered down. All in all we had a great vacation. the resort activities IE Pool, water slides, games were all great. i had Higher hopes for basic things like a Fridge Working. I didn't appreciate the responses from the host. All In All You Get what you Pay For.
