Romantic one bedroom private cottage, newly renovated, located 10 min walking to town. Large private deck directly on water with stunning views of Greenwood Lake and eastern mountains. Enjoy the quiet mornings with your coffee and jump off your private dock into pristine fresh water. The cabin features a living room with spectacular views of mountains and waterfront, a private yard and deck, a cozy bedroom, renovated bathroom and custom millwork kitchen. Bus to from NYC to town/ train to Tuxedo.

Just what the doctor ordered!

My wife and I had an incredible stay and when not kayaking, spent the majority of our time lakeside on the deck enjoying the view and each other’s company. Decided to dine in so that we could maximize our time at the Carter House. We loved it!
