We appreciate for pointing out the confusion you got regarding our apartment in the beachfront complex, please note this unit is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and a small and private terrace. Our guests have access to the nice pools in the pictures and to the beach in a minute-walking distance from the apartment. Please note we typically provide a starter kit for our guests, however, we are a message away to re-stock home essentials if needed, especially toilet paper and drinking water, please in your visit don't hesitate in contacting us. Our staff is ready to assist anytime! I sincerely apologize for the issues with your transfers, reliability is an essential in our hosting, and a situation like this usually don't happen. We have addressed this directly with our transport partners so this remains an anomaly. Thank you for your comment regarding the location, even though the residence is well-located right on the beach with restaurants nearby as Jellyfish restaurant, we understand some grocery stores are far from the complex. On the future, please ask me to schedule a stop at the supermarket on the way from the airport, this will help to supply everything in advance and will guarantee you enjoy the facilities in the residence such as pool, beach, gym and the amenities on the apartment to feel like at home during your vacation!

This is a beautiful modern ground-floor condo with pool and beach access, it is equipped with all the basics according to what most guests use, however, depending on where you are coming from you might have different needs, so if you need extra utensils or kitchen stuff, please ask, and we'll be more than happy to provide them.
