This house is in the heart of downtown Clear Lake where you can meet most of your needs with a short walk. Spend time in the large back yard, in the gazebo, and feel free to park your car in the garage.
This newly updated home has a long driveway for parking. There are two bedrooms, both queens, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room to comfortably sleep 6. Washer and dryer provided and free to use. Shower and bath, perfect for kiddos after a long day at the beach.

This is a charming and comfy spot! Within walking distance to the Surf, several restaurants, the lake and just a few blocks to downtown. The bed was great! Even though the town was busy we heard very little noise. The cottage was very clean. The hosts are terrific- so friendly and generous. They really have thought of everything.

This is our 6th time staying here! Needless to say, our family LOVES this house:) It’s always clean, cozy, and comfortable. Molly and Brad truly think of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. Clear Lake is “our place” for vacation and this house couldn’t be in a more convenient location! This was a great vacation home. The hosts provide everything needed for the beach - chairs, toys, towels, even bikes and strollers. The house itself was adorable with a great beach theme. We had everything we needed to make great breakfasts and dinners. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for a quick weekend trip. 3rd and Surf was a cute little house, well-maintained, and most importantly, clean! We had all the tools we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals and plenty of room to be comfortable. We would happily stay here again next time we're in town!

This is one of the nicest rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. The home is beautifully furnished, exceptionally well maintained, and was spotless when we arrived. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property and pay attention to the details that make a stay comfortable and enjoyable.The owners were also outstanding to work with—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The location was another huge plus, offering quick and convenient access to the lake while still providing a relaxing place to unwind. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
