This spacious home is located across the street from an elementary school with a playground and just a few blocks away from Texas Tech's Greek Circle. Each room has a smart tv & super fast WiFi!

This beautiful split level home has a bedroom with a king bed, 1/2 bath, sitting area, and a laundry room on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen, and dinning room are half a flight of stairs up and on the second floor. Up another half flight of stairs you will find 4 bedrooms, including the master, along with 2 full bathrooms.

You will have access to the entire property except for the garage.

We had 7 adults and the house had plenty of room. The location was very convenient to the United Supermarket Arena for graduation. Owner was very responsive and there was plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles. We enjoyed our stay.

Rush of memories

I was delighted to find that the property my family was to stay at was located in the neighborhood in which I grew up. In fact it overlooks my old elementary school. The property was very nicely decorated and was well suited for the seven of us who stayed there. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with little traffic. If there were one thing I felt was a little odd it was the fact that there is no closet space in the downstairs bedroom. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We were in a bad situation?The host of this property went out of their way to help us out. After going back and forth between san antonio and lubbock , we got everything taken care of and we really our appreciative of the hospitality from these hosts definitely recommend to anybody that has a large group. Five rooms beds in every Room and t v's in most. Again Thank you so much.You don't know how much this meant to us.

Fantastic property

This is a fantastic property and Trent has done a great job of thoughtfully optimizing it as a rental, which includes providing everything we needed for a happy and comfy stay. Two points of advice: I loved the beds, but some in my party thought the mattresses were too firm. So be aware if you’re sensitive to that. Be sure to take in all your valuables and lock your vehicles.

It was a great staycation with family and friends. Very quiet neighborhood. There's a TV in each room where you can relax in bed while watching movies. There's a Hulu and Netflix that you can access which I find it rare in most of my getaway venues. Overall it is a great place to stay.
