This 2 bedroom beach front condo (#219) is decorated with coastal decor and has all the extras you will need for entertaining while indoors or enjoying the balcony views. Easy access to this unit with elevators from the covered parking area. If you want the perfect stay with amenities and a great location. Look no further. The condo has 2 bedrooms. The master features a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sofa folds out to sleep an additional 2 guests. This condo features a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, cable tv, washer & dryer, linens and towels.

The Beach Club is one of the most popular family destinations on the island and has all the amenities that your family will enjoy. The Beach Club has a large ocean front pool and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for a relaxing day in the sun. There is wide beach here during both high and low tides. Your group will also have full access to the large pool, tennis, 2 secluded hot tubs, children's pool, fitness center, business center, and barbecue grills. There is covered parking available also. It is located within walking distance to some great restaurants and a short bike ride to the Pier. Bike and beach equipment rentals are available.

The Beach Club is a perfect beach vacation destination.
It is within walking distance to many restaurants and a short bike ride to the St. Simons Pier. The Pier has many shops, restaurants, lighthouse, playground, outdoor grills, pickle ball courts, and St Simons Trolley Tours are all within walking and biking distance. There are several beautiful golf courses on the island as well.

We love biking on the island. It is a great way to explore and there are sidewalks to almost anywhere that you would like to go.

Charming condo with nice views of beautifully landscaped courtyard and ocean. Kitchen well equipped. There is a pool area by ocean and 2 outdoor jacuzzis. Carol was easy to work with too!

Beach Condo

We have stayed at the Beach Club many time and have always enjoyed our stay. The only negative to this time was we feel the unit was not completely ready to be rented. The shower door was missing, none of the TV’s in the bedrooms worked and there was construction materials in most of the closets. Thanks to Carol Nikoukary with Saint Simon Rentals for her help in resolving some issues we were able to enjoy our stay.

Pictures can be deceiving

We arrived to a horrible smell in the condo. Rotten food in the food disposal and the main bedroom smelled like a musty basement. After spending one night we found other accommodations and requested a refund. My husband has ast.a and could not tolerate the smell. The wallpaper was dirty and torn, the rug in the living room was very dirty, the condo is dated and the walls were dirty. Overall the condo needs much work.
